Today was my 3rd time getting treatments from Utopia in the past year. I am so hooked!!! The nurses there know the exact art of beautifying without making you look over-done or fake. I had my lips injected to plump them up and I absolutely couldn't be more excited about the outcome!!! My husband thinks I look great too and has lost his stereotype of why us girls do this to ourselves:) Go! The staff is super sweet and professional and the spa is clean and refreshing!!!

I've recieved treatments at other MedSpa's in the area and have never been happy with my treatment or results. When I visited Utopia I was SHOCKED! My consult with Tammy was very informative and I felt like she really cared about my concerns. She introduced me to both of the nurses who perform the treatments and they were just as nice. I received Botox and the Pearl. I highly recommend the Pearl. My skin has never looked better. It improved my tone, texture, wrinkles and sun spots. They have a client for life. I will never go anywhere else!!
