I've been using Joe Sam's for years...I've been going there since I was a young teenager and I'm 41 now. I have to say that the service used to be awsome, but the last couple of times I've gone I've had the same experience from the same woman. WHY is she still there??? We are about to start looking for Ren Fest costumes and I find myself torn on whether or not to try JS or not. I might just use the extra gas and head out a little farther. Sad really, since I've used them so long. I would hate to see their reputation go down because of one ill tempered, rude employee. If she's a family member they need to have a looooonnnnggg talk with her.

One funshop stop!

I went there looking for halloween costumes and/or accessories and I was amaze that I found everything I was looking for in one place (didn't have to drive all around town looking for what I wanted). The people there are so helpful and friendly. My first time in there, and I'll be back.

Happy Easter!

It is the new year and I needed a easter bunny. The people at Joe Sams were so nice, even though its not time for that, they showed me all kinds of bunnies from their rentals and for sell. They were truly a life saver.

best shop for EVERYTHING

This place is the BEST!!! They helped me so much! They had everything i needed and more! I had looked everywhere for what i needed and someone told me about Joe Sams and im sure glad they did i will never go anywhere else. The employees were so kind and helpful. The prices were also good and they had things i had never seen anywhere else. I highly recommend this place!!
