Horrible, horrible customer service.

It has been a long time since I have experienced bad manners of this level. Please tell me what kind of man sees a pregnant woman carrying a large box of books and does not open the door for her. I had to sit my box down, hold open the door with my leg and pick up the box while herding my three year old in the door. He watched the WHOLE time. There were no other customers and he was a few feet from the door wiping down the counter. This was just the beginning unfortunately. He did not even want to help me put the books on the counter. He watched me struggle for far too long to get them up onto the counter. He very rudely and somewhat disturbingly asked several times while I was struggling "Hello what can we do for you today" . Finally I had to ask for help getting the box on the counter. While he figured out which books he would buy from me. I looked for some kids books. Then he asked "Are you the young lady who brought in the books?" I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE THE WHOLE TIME! Creepy, creepy, man and clearly mentally unstable. I also heard him being incredibly rude to someone on the phone who called to ask a question. Then he muttered and called them names after he hung up. I would like to say that this is my third visit and I had thought it was a nice place previously. My first visit was about two years ago. Unfortunately this man is always there and usually the only person there. I thought he was the owner but, he told someone on the phone the owner was not there. I don't care if Jesus himself owns this place. I could'nt wait to get away from this scary, mean man. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!
- Pros: Lots of books organized buy author.
- Cons: Extremely rude and creepy customer service
