One stop shop for cell phones

This place never ceases to amaze me. They always have what I need every time. I've been in a few times over the past couple of years since I moved to Houston, and I recommend them to anybody having an issue with a phone. They also are backed by the BeeBeeBee which is the only sort of businesses I trust in this town.

I've dropped my iPhone 3G and shattered the screen - fixed in 30 minutes for $100 dollars. They also updated and unlocked the same phone this week for me so I could use it on a business trip in Brussels.

A while back my BlackBerry Curve charging port was busted and I couldn't charge or sync my phone- fixed within an hour for $65.

I have been going here for a while, and I know every time I walk in there I will be leaving with everything I need. As the employees and owners say "we try to carry everything".

• Pros: Great service, huge inventory, they can do it all
• Cons: The parking lot is terrible.

Great Service

Overall, excellent store. We had to wait a while because there was another customer in store taking too much time. But when it was our turn, we had full dedication as well. The personnel in store takes the time to show all the products and answer all the questions in a very polite manner.

As a result, we left the store with the exact product we wanted.

• Pros: Personalized Attention, Knowlegeable, Great Service
• Cons: Wait time when more than two customers

fixed phones and lovely service

i must say, what an exquisite business. =) they really know their stuff. they unlocked 5 iphones, 4 blackberries, and an htc tilt very quickly. the staff was very knowledgeable, good looking (which is important because i work at hollister and i like hot babes) i sent my little bro to get his charging port replaced and i must say, it's been months and it still works well.

• Cons: if you dont go there, you're missing out.

Bruises and Broken Phones

Let me just put it this way- I have a broken phone and a POLICE REPORT (ASSULT) thanks to the owner of Page Centers.

They may have all of the batteries and do dads in the world but stay the hell away!

Don't trust their advice

Page Center was recommend to help me unlock my phone so I could use it in Europe. I went in and was very clear that I wanted to use my phone in Norway. I was told I needed to buy a "turbo SIM" card for $50. I asked clearly again - "will this work in Norway?" Yes was the reply. Got to Norway and the phone does NOT work. When I called the Page Center from Norway to see if they could help me figure out why it didn't work they told me my phone won't work in Norway. I asked for a refund since I clearly stated several times I was going to use the phone in Norway. I was told this was not their fault and they would only refund 50% of my money. They were unwilling to assist me in any other way and stated it was not their problem. I will not return to Page Center and I would not recommended them for any technical assistance.

This place has it all.

I don't have to search the internet for batteries, or chargers, or headsets or belt clips. Page Center has all of that, and more. I have been to all of the big stores trying to find items for my Palm Treo. Page Center has come through every single time. I tell other people not to waste their time, just go to Page Center. The employees can recite part numbers and specs from memory; no having to look it up. They KNOW their stuff and are up on the all the latest gadgets and their accessories. I can be in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

• Pros: selection, service, professionalism, knowledge, variety, always have inventory.
• Cons: Pain to get in the parking lot and not many spaces.

Great service and inventory

Page Center had a replacement battery for my AT&T LG CU500 cell phone. No other AT&T store in the Houston Metro area carried this battery. Not even the huge AT&T store on 59 neear Buffalo Speedway. In the Page Center staff's words, "We try to carry Everything."

Page Center will have my repeat business.
