SADLER CLINIC IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH

I love the doctors at Sadler clinic but the administrative staff is the most incompetent group of people in Montgomery county. I have been using multiple doctors at Sadler clinic for the last 7 years. I have yet to go for a visit and be billed correctly then I have to spend months getting a refund. They always over bill me by anywhere from $25 to $75 on every office visit. I have even tried talking to the CFO and he either does not care or he is where the incompetence comes from. I am done going there and I am replacing all my doctors with doctors not associated with this group. If you want to stay away from what is wrong with our healthcare system today....STAY AWAY FROM SADLER CLINIC.

New patient @ clinic...Physician was very good, but follow-up was a nightmare! Chart was lost and making a stat appointment was more than frustrating, it was down-right life-threatening as the gestapo on the phone was abrupt, medically inept, failed to deliver message to RN, and was deaf to the emergent nature of this followup. Message left for us by RN on Monday was to make apt ASAP. Apppointment given was for Friday. Do you think this is timely? I've been working for a solo practitioner for 20 years, and if my doctor says to get a patient in as soon as possible, believe you me we see them within 24 hours! Is Sadler legally culpable if the patient is harmed by this delay? Hmmm? Hope we don't have to find out.

- Cons: Chart misplaced, appointment scheduling very, very poor

Sadler Clinic Montgomery......avoid....office people and nurses couldn't careless about patients

I have been going to Sadler Montgomery since it opened.....I am satisfied with the doctors..my is Stowers and my sons is Simpson.....but getting these people working for the doctors in the office and the uncaring nurses makes, it very hard to get an Rx refilled or an appointment made....Very nasty office people that talk down to patients and a nurse that things she is the "god" of all healing and can't be bothered with patients.......I will continue for now to see Dr. Stowers.....inspite of the efforts of the nurse and staff to run me off.....good luck if you have to deal with such uncaring people.......SADLER IF YOUR OUT THERE...GIVE US PATIENTS A BREAK AND CLEAN HOUSE ON THIS NASTY NURSE AND STAFF!!!!!!

- Cons: Stowers nurse is on an ego trip and is not suited to be in that profession
