I LOVE going to Gity's! I always get complements about my hair. Customer service is the best, everyone is friendly, and experienced. I have been going there for about 4 years now. Ana is my stylist and she is the best! She always keeps me up with the latest trends. If you want to treat yourself to an extravagant fashion make-over that is the place to go! They have everything hair, Make-up, eye-brows, and more! I wouldn't and don't go anywhere else. You will feel like a model once they are done pampering you. I have friends that drive from the other side of Houston just to get their hair done at Gity's.

I have been looking for a place to get my hair done since I moved to Sugar Land. I will recommend Salon Gity to anyone who ask's about my hair. I got exactly what I wanted and already booked my next appt. I even got a free shampoo.

Pros: Very friendly staff, clean and they offer comp beverages.

Cons: Need more reading material.

Would definitely recommend this salon. I usually go to a stylist located in downtown Houston but wanted to find someone closer to home. Based on reviews from this site, scheduled a cut and style with Valerie. I was very pleased. Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff, and not snooty. When I arrived, Valerie gave me a tour of the salon outlining all the services they offer, we sat & discussed my hair and what kind of cut I wanted, she made me feel very comfortable. She listened and cut my hair exactly the way I expected. It looks great! Valerie also appears to be very knowlegable about color, we discussed options and I may try some color on my next visit. Just got my hair cut there from Shelly. I have curly hair and it was drab and weighted down. I have gone to other salons and asked for this to be done - with dissapointment. But Shelly made my hair curly again!! She was very good and explained everything she was going to do. Everyone else was very nice also. I will be going back there for my next cut. I will also have to try out their coloring.

Valerie has been doing my hair for over a year now. I was new to Sugar Land last summer and needed some hair help. I walked into the shop and got right in, and just cant say enough nice things. They have done PM Shines, cuts, conditioning treatments, color and of course their great Paul Mitchell products. I am always getting compliments after I leave. I refuse to trust my hair to anyone else, well except myself on occasion. But rest assured they will take good care of you. Thanks Valerie- Theresa F.

I went in today because of the great reviews i saw on here and had to come back and agree. Valerie was so great, she listened to exactly what i wanted and my hair came out amazing! After trying so many places in houston, I think i have finally found the best! The atmosphere was great, everyone there was happy, and they offer snacks, and coffee. I will definitely be back.

I went to Salon Gitty because of the god reviews I saw here. However, my experience was not as good. I took my daughter there for a straightner. Her hair is very curly and we decided to do it on the rroot only since we did nto want to touch the rest of her hair.. Even though, Ana was very good with us and explained everything to me, she seemed not to have enough expericience on doing this. I bought all the products they recommended to take care of my daughter hair. But, after a week, we found out, her "roots straightner" did not work, her roots were all "puffy" and we did not see any chance on her hair. I tried to wait to see if it was going to change, but since nothing happened I decided to call them and they said they were going to "try to do somehting" but still I have to pay again at least half of the price!!! I got very dissappointed because I thought they should have tried to do something without charging me. They lost me and my daughter as clients. I thought they have customer service there....... but I was wrong
