I have been in Houston for many years now and have finally found a dry cleaner that does a great job! The guy at the front of the place remembers your name immediately! The service is friendly and I have yet to be disappointed in their work. Prices are average for drycleaning in the area.
Pros: Great customer service, Great drycleaning

I am a resident in the Westheimer area and absolutely love Eagle express. I have been a loyal customer for many years for the fact that you get great service and affordable pricing paired with quality work. I highly recommend them for all your laundry and dry cleaning needs.
Pros: Great service, pricing and quality
Cons: not flashy (If you require that sort of thing)

Eagle Express is way out of our way. But we (my husband and I) don't mind the extra driving because the service is excellent and the staff, courteous in the extreme. It is difficult to find businesses in this HUGE city that offers not only brilliant service but truly personable and polite staff. Sad but quite true. The prices are excellent as well. There are perhaps five or six dry cleaners closer to our home than Eagle Express, but as mentioned above, we find the extra few minutes of driving well worth it. We highly recommend Eagle Express to anyone lucky enough to dwell within a reasonable (or even not so reasonable) radius of the place.

I took my sweaters to be cleaned at Eagle Express and they came back appearing shrunken and one of them had white blotches all over it. I also thought it was kind of expensive -- over $50 for 7 sweaters.

I've been going here for years. The main guy at the door almost immediatly memorizes your name and is the nicest guy. The prices are great too! That's the main thing. I hate getting ripped off for drycleaning and this place is very resonable.
Pros: cheap, great cust svc.
Cons: not fancy
