Le Bon cleaners did anything but meet even minimum expectations. I told the person at the front counter that my clothes needed to be dry cleaned. When I returned to pick them up, the same person tells me that she "didn't think they needed to be dry cleaned," and so they were simply laundered. Every single item was destroyed. When I call to let them know about this, the same girl answers the phone, only to argue with me. Not only does she argue with me, but the owner himself of this beat up "business" argues as well. So, now I must replace $200 worth of clothes. Absolutely unbelievable experience.
Pros: same day service
Cons: same day disaster
