I took my daughter's hand made silk christening gown and bonnet to Le Bon because of the high ratings on Citysearch. To say the least I am livid with them. I took the dress in on Monday, and on the slip it said dry cleaning would be complete on Thurs., great! So I send my husband in to get it on Friday and it's still hanging there uncleaned. That's not even the half of it. They picked her bonnet up off of the floor!!! What a joke! I don't know how they keep customers if this is how they treat garments. I wanted this gown to be an heirloom piece, now I don't know if the bonnet is even going to be used again. We live in Pearland and I made a special trip into Houston to take her gown to Le Bon - I am beyond mad!
Pros: people at the desk were nice when garment was taken in
