I've eaten at several Chilie's in the houston area, This one is the botton of the pit...........

Service took to long, Way to to long. Food was ok. They didn't even excuse them self for taking so long. I wouldn't go there again.

worst service in the whole world

It never fails, when you go to a Chili's restaurant you get lousy service. Well this location takes the cake. 50 minutes to get an order of a couple a burgers and fries durning lunch and when they come out they are RAW! Then when we refuse them they still charge us for the iced tea we had. Wow, they should have given gift certificates, not charge for wasting our lunch.

A menu for everyone in the family

I think Chili's menu is great, lots of variety and my kids love to go there. It's neighborhood atmosphere is fun but it can take some time to be seated. The take out is a nice alternative and is pretty fast.

• Pros: Good menu, Kid friendly, Parking is easy
• Cons: Crowded, Noisy, A little expensive
