Very friendly, but the dancers aren't the quality they used to be

In terms of location, parking lot saftey and the overall style of the building, Gold Cup is still one of the better strip clubs in Houston. But Gold Cup used to be one of the top 3-5 clubs in town. It gave Treasures competition, especially back in the 90s, the dancers used to be so gorgeous. So one I decide to drop by after several years and I'm really appalled by how ordinary and sometimes downright ratty looking so many the girls in the club are. Fat chicks, stretch marks, big noses, uhhh. The women at Gold Cup are not the gorgeous, hot chicks that used to be there. I agree with the previous poster, the girls do look fresh out of high school. I spotted maybey 2 women there that could be classified as hot stripper material. The weird thing is that I had recently been to one of the low tier strip clubs, and that place while not as posh as Gold Cup, had far better looking girls in there. What kind of sense does that make? I'm still going to give this place a 4 star rating, b/c of nostalgia and the people working there were pretty damn friendly for a strip club. It was also not too crowded or loud there. So if you're looking for a really friendly club, Gold Cup is the place.

If you like them young this is your place

It was like watching jr high school girls, byo they are young, music was not to loud so you could talk, waitress gave good service, they did not jam lap dances down your throat. Dancers wer polite if you said you did not want a dance, other patrons were polite and talkative.

• Cons: to young, likr ladies with a shape
