worst customer service

Went in to have passport photos done. Everything was good until the photos were developed. I did not like the photos (the head was not straight) and I wanted to have another try. I was told that there will not be "another time" because the photos are perfect. I plainly asked if she prefers to lose a customer, and one set of unpaid photos in lieu of having another paid trial, and possibly a happy customer. She continued saying that yes, she prefers this, and I can go to Wallgreens, the photos will be cheaper there. However, I had not complained about the price, $3 plus or minus were not going to make me rich (especially since it is a once a 5 year event!) But the aggravation and the time lost is not worth the place! That place should be avoided.
