I needed a second set of keys to my 2007 Toyota Matrix. Mark Hamman, Asst Service Manager helped me out. Mark gave me a price for the service and said it would be ready after lunch. He got on the job right away. Mr. Hamman called my office and had it done in one hour. He sent a van to pick me up. Jessie the driver was friendly too.

I observed that Don McGill Toyota is very client friendly place. There was a fully stocked coffee bar, wifi and computer assess for those patrons who wanted to wait for their cars.

Ask for Mark Hamman, he's the best.
