New Location is Tooo Small

Went to the new location last night... Had a good time overall, but the place is tiny with the same number of seats as the previous (and much larger) location. Be sure to order your tickets online, select a seat in the last row and show up last minute. You will thank me later.

On the plus side, the service was great and the headliner (Ron Kenney) was funnier than expected. Drinks were good and strong! Will go again so long as I am seated in the last row.

• Cons: Host is Awkward, Spending 90 Mins in a Sardine Can

Chippendales 8/13/08

I love seeing the Chippendales when they come since it always makes me feel good. My favorite skits are Cowboy and Hero! The guys are so sweet and so easy on the eyes. Ladies you can't miss them when they come to the Laff Spot!

Excellent Date

Ive been to this comedy club at least 3 times. I havent had a bad time yet. I definately recommend this place for a date night. It can get a little pricey but its completely worth it. Its in a great location and the staff is friendly and accomodating. Always fun to go.

• Pros: You will laugh
• Cons: If you sit in the back, you might be stuck behind a beam and its hard to see the act.

Traffic school by day, comedy club by night, this upscale laugh factory offers a variety of drinks and shows.

In Short
The well-appointed club features a snazzy curtained stage and upholstered bench seating in the back. Coordinated fabric provides a nice change from the headshots-on-parade décor of most clubs, but the place ain't so swank that comedy-club casual isn't appropriate dress. The large showroom isn't as intimate as the Comedy Showcase, Laff Stop or even Spellbinder's, but the sound system is top-notch and the waitresses are well able to cover the room.

Big Fun

This is great fun and guaranteed laughs. There is even a "non-smoking" night. Well planned seating with no obstructions, and raucous good humor.

We didn't eat at the restaurant, but understand that the new management is much improved. I highly recommend Laff Stop for special occasions, or just a regular stop for some very funny entertainment. A big value for the money.
