Do not place shoes on hold!

Recently, I spent an hour going through the clearance section and found four great pairs of shoes. I had forgotten my $20 off coupon, so I asked them to place the shoes on hold until that evening. When I returned, the shoes were no where to be found. They obviously hadn't placed them back on the racks, as none of the four pairs was to be found, and they couldn't find the shoes anywhere.

The sales staff was somewhat helpful, but it was clear that this type of thing happens a lot. They were pretty apathetic and reluctant to go in the back and really hunt. They lost some pretty good business that day!

My advice: always remember your coupons and do not place shoes on hold as DSW if you really want them.

Amazing Selection and Great Prices

Where else can you find hundreds of high-quality shoes, all priced significantly below retail, with all the available sizes out on the shelf so you don't have to wait for a pushy salesperson to find your size in the back? This place is great and carries only quality brands, unlike some discount shoe stores that have "man made material" knock-offs of current styles.

Always find a bargain!

I've been in the store almost weekly since it opened its doors on Westheimer, and I almost always walk out with something. Among the deals I've found: a small brown couderoy Kenneth Cole clutch for $8, a pair of clearance Keds for $14 and a vampy, sexy pair of Candies heels for $38. Can't beat it!!

this store has cute shoes, but they are too pricey and i can rarely find my size (10-1/2 or 11).

I like these & these & these

This shoe store is amazing! I always find exactly what I am looking for and the prices are so reasonable. They have every brand name imaginable and every price range. Their clearance racks are good and the prices are unbelievable. I need at least an hour to go through all the shoes, then go back through and concentrate on what I am looking for. It is the answer for shoes for both men and women.
