My fantastic wedding...

My husband and I had the most amazing time at our wedding at Paraiso Maravilla. It was PERFECTION. Stephen was so helpful from the very beginning until the last moment! Paraiso was gorgeous and perfect and we will never forget our perfect wedding.... THANK YOU! I highly recommend Paraiso when you are planning your wedding!

• Pros: Beautiful, Wonderful Staff, STEPHEN is GREAT!!!!!!!

Did not meet simple expectations

I was interested in having my wedding at Paraiso Maravilla. When I tried to reserve the date I wanted, it was already taken. I emailed Crystal to see about another date, I did not receive a reply so I decided to call her. She was very brief in saying that the other date was already taken but was not posted yet on the webcalender...I emailed her later about what dates were available in Dec. 2009, it has been about a week and I have not received an reply from her. Moreover, their webcalender still shows the date I had called about as being available. To them, it probably does not seem like my business will make them earn more profit but I find it very unethical if she is lying about the date and uncourtious not to reply to a simple question.
