Great place for shipping and packing

I have been very happy with Pack N Send over the years. They are able to handle small and large jobs.I have shipped everything from christmas presents to valuable antiques. I would not trust anyone else with my shipping needs.

During the past 15 years, have used Pack 'n Send for many shipments across the country. I have also recommended them to a number of my friends. The feedback from my friends and co-workers has always been positive. The staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. This is the way to go!

easy, affordable, excellent service

I have used Pack-N-Send for 18+ years. I have always found them friendly, efficient, reliable, and easy to use. My packages are always delivered in a timely manner. No lines. Much better than having to go to the Post Office. I would recommend them to anyone.

Shipping and moving needs

I've used Pack n send for over twenty years. I've shipped both domestically and internationally and have never had a problem. It's great--all you do is drop off whatever it is that you want shipped, and they do the rest (pack it carefully, ship it via the most efficient process). I have even used their delivery service to pick up appliances from companies that do not offer delivery and to transport building materials that are too large for an SUV or pick up truck. I would trust them to pack and transport anything!

The Best!

I have been a customer of Pack-N-Send since they opened. I use their services a few times a year. The people who work there have all been there for several years and they always recognize me. They know I'm picky and they always listen to my request and make sure that I'm pleased.

Wonderful Company

I have used Pack n Send for all my shipping needs for over 14 years. Jan and her staff have always exceeded my expectations.

I no longer live in Houston, but continue to call upon Pack n Send for shipping needs.

Most recently, Jan coordinated the shipment of an antique piece of furniture from Las Vegas, NV to Missouri for me. All I do is pick up the phone and let them know what I need. The rest is taken care of professionally and expediently!

I would not use anyone but Pack n Send!

Good if you're looking for cheap, unreliable service

I would never ship with Pack and Send again. It came highly recommended from two friends and I used it to ship 16 boxes across the country. My shipment was picked up from my house on Thursday and I was told to expect to receive it the next week; however, it did not leave their store until the following Wednesday. It was a week late! I did not initially receive a tracking number and the tracking number and phone number for the delivery company that I did receive was not up to date.

Su at the store was outstanding -- polite, helpful and reliable; however, I found everyone else to lack customer service and communication skills.

All in all, if you do not need your items to arrive by a certain time frame and you're not too concerned with the contents, Pack and Send is a great deal as far as pricing is concerned. If you need any reliability, this is not a good option.
