Horrible service

I went to mensware to order a tux to wear for my senior prom and the service was horrible! One woman actually told me "I'm not gonna have this argument with you" when I asked why the shirt wasn't ordered right the first time. She also got upset when the tape measure wasn't right I moved It and she tossed it on re floor and and said "uhm?if you know this job so well then you do it" I couldn't believe it. I still had to get the tux because prom was the next day but I'm very unsatisfied. The tux is way too big and she told me " that's how it's expected to fit" but I was never told when being fitted for it. Will never ever go back

The Scene
Though its name suggests a bargain outlet where you have to work to find good stuff, Men's Wearhouse is closer to the men's section of a department store. The selection is good, but not so large as to be overwhelming, and the prices, though discounted, are hardly bargain-basement. The salesmen are comfortable with uncomfortable customers, making this a welcoming spot for the fashion challenged.

The Goods
Though it began with a stack of yellow polyester sport coats, the Wearhouse has evolved into a purveyor of things respectable and semiconservative, with little that's flashy or of-the-moment. Pleated tan slacks, dark three-button coats and tasseled loafers are the standards.

Quality For Less

There are several Men's Wearhouse stores in Houston and all provide easy parking. One can buy quality along with excellent service and pay far less than most other stores that offer men's clothing. Well worth checking out if shopping in Houston !
