WOW What a Stay!

Well I have to say I have never experienced something quite like this! Upon check in to the room, the staff was cold and somewhat unapproachable, once in the room getting ready for the night the tub would not drain and at best luke warm shower....awwww REFRESHING! and to top it off the valet damaged my car! What a stay....! BEWARE

Poor customer service

I was going to use this hotel for one of my attorney's clients. The staff was rude to me on the phone. I have not stayed there, but based on their customer service, I would not want to either.

LOVED IT!!!!!!!!

I hadn't been here in years, and when I walked in i was so pleased with how they rennovated the hotel! The staff is wonderful, and I really enjoyed my stay in Houston this time around. Most of all it's in the heart of the Galleria next to everything!!!!! Thank you Hilton!
