Great customer service, individualized care, one of Houston's best kept secrets

My mom had two orthopedic surgeries at Spring Branch with excellent results. She was pleased with her nursing care, surgical experience and especially the surgeon Dr. Rosemary Buckle. When it came time for my procedure there was no doubt; Spring Branch Med Center was the place to go. I also had excellent care and was very well taken care of from the admission process to pre-op, surgery (also Dr. Buckle), to managing my pain, and the discharge process. I would highly rec. this hospital for your sugical needs and any diagnostic tests you might need to have.

Great ER experience

My neighbor was having a hypertensive crisis and I thought she was having a stroke. I called ahead to Spring Branch, was told the ER was quiet and to come over right away. We arrived and were triaged immediately. She was seen by the nurse, brought to a room, vital signs, labs, and ekg were done quickly and professionally. Everything was carefully explained and my friend was made comfortable. The doctor came in soon after. She was given some meds, her pressure came down and she was soon ready to go home. She saw her family doctor the next morning and is on a program of diet, exercise and meds and is doing fine.

Great, compassionate nurses, nice, clean facility, easy to get to and easy and free parking.
