I have had many pools in the past, as I travel and move frequently. Watts Pool Service has been the first company in Houston that I have found to entrust my house as well as my swimming pool to when away. They are prompt, very technical savy, and the best chemistry experts that I have found. I had consistant water clarity and algae problems until I got on Watts's chemical plan 2 1/2 years ago. Watts Pool Service also provides hands on service directly from the family. Any one of the family members are willing to stop what they are doing and lend a hand at anytime. In addition, the products and equipment they provide are top of the line at a very comparable price. Lastly, I never have to wonder if they will be around 5-10 years from now to take care of a product if I need them. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Cons: Sometimes have to wait a few days for service
