In 1994 I purchased a VN 1500 from this dealership. I was pleased with the service and product. I recently visited the dealership again to purchase another motorcycle. I wanted to test drive on e of the bikes. I was told that they did not have any 900's ready to test drive that I would have to come back. I did a few days later and drove one. It was smaller than I had hoped and asked to drive one of the larger bikes. Same story as before. I called in the AM a few days later and was told that he would have one ready for that afternoon about 3:30. I drove the 20 miles to the dealership and stood around for about 15 minutes until the sales rep finally came to me and stated that he did not have one ready for me to test drive. I felt that the customer service at AJ has declined drastically since I was first there. I went to another dealership and was treated well and given a good deal on a Nomad. I will not visit AJ Foyt again. I got the feeling that they do not care if they sell a bike or not. Hopefully some of you will have better experiences with them.

Pros: Accessories

Cons: Parking, Customer Service

I am owner of two motorcycles and both times I went to this place to look what they offer and both event were irritating. There were a couple of times i went in to see if they had the model I wanted and waited for the sales rep. for some assistance. They new I was the next customer but i was blown off for another. When I was in the market for my cruiser (Vulan 2000), I was helped by a new sales rep. TED, he was the only helpful person when I went. I was waiting for the Vulan 2000 to be on stock and on display to see what i would be in for but never arrived. I called in advance before i drove to the dealer shop only to found out i was lied to about the model i was looking for was there. I specifically asked for the Vulcan 2000 not the classic or LT version but come to find out i wasted my time and gas. The only reasons i had kept going cause it was close to my home and hopes it changed. Ted is the only good rep there and was going to offer me a military discount but I found a better deal elsewhere.

Pros: military discount ?????maybe

Cons: Parking, Services
