My story starts at Christmas time 2006. My daughter had parked her 2006(four months old) eclipse in front of our house and jumped into my car to run errands. While parked a truck ran into it and did some major damage. We had it towed to a local paint and body shop on the recommendation of my brothr-n-law(1st mistake). When we got the car back we took it to the dealership to trade in and that is when the drama started. They showed us where the parts got put onto a bent frame. To the novice eyes you couldn't tell until it was pointed out and then it because so obvious. We lost $10,000.00 in four months. We took it to four different body shops and they all found bad workmanship,but what really upset us was that the original shop did not turn in the rear suspension that was so badly damaged that several pieces where barely attached to the car.( there was a good chance the insurance would have totaled it.) so for money they put our daughter in a dangerous car. Then on top of that they tore up the interior of the car working on it. Not one body shop would touch it because they said it is too hard to clean up someone else's bad job. So we were stuck with a dangerous car that we couldn't get worked on that was worth nothing. Then one morning I get a call from Collision Plus, the manager of the dealership we had bought the car from knew the owners and told them our story. So we drove across town, they were straight forward with us , they stuck to their estimate and worked with us in anyway they could. The car looks fantastic and more important it drives and feels solid. It was wonderful to find a buisness that still believes in customer service and doing a great job for your hard earned money. We learned a hard lesson. There is not much you can do when a body shop does a bad job,so do your homework! Even though Collision Plus is not close to us they will always get our buisness. They took our job that no one else would touch and made it right ! Thank you so much!!!

Took a 2002 4runner I had just bought there to get some rock chips removed from the cladding. The car is pearl white so I had some concerns about color matching. I talked to Samir, explained that I was a bit of a perfectionist and really wanted things done well. He led me through a number of options and price ranges. He told me what would be the best and assured that even with a cheaper option they would do a great job. I ended going with the more expensive option of removing all the trim and repainting it, rather than just taping it and painting it. Picked up the car today- it looks great. Definitely meets/exceeds my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend this place to a friend. One thing I noticed when going through the shop is the number of exotic/expensive cars they work on- saw a nice AMG mercedes, porsche, bentleys, rolls royce. Obviously if owners of these vehicles are willing to trust Collision Plus with their expensive cars, someone like myself can feel pretty comfortable that they do good work.

Pros: excellent quality workmanship, easy to deal with, willing to explain different options

I meant to post this last year and forgot. I found Collision Plus here on Citysearch and went to see them when my car was in a small accident. They were so quick to get me an estimate and repair my car. They even gave me a discount for finding them on here. I definitely recommend Collision Plus as a first class auto body shop!!

Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Best of all your car will come out looking fabulous. Niraj did all he could to get the price of my repairs down. Hands down this is the best place in the city to get your autobody repairs done.

Pros: Quick Service so I got my car out in 5 days or so, and it was a competitive price

Picked my car up yesterday and I was not disappointed. Because of a wreck, I had to have the skin on my door replaced and was (unnecessarily) worried that the paint would not match. Collision Plus matched the red paint on perfectly! My car looks like new! The price was reasonable and Nick is honest. I highly recommend Collision Plus. I hope I never have another wreck, but if I do, I know where to go!

Excellent services! Niraj was very personable and extremely helpful. Reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them and will use them again if needed! Definitely a responsible and respectable place to take your car!

This is a phenomenal place! The co-owners Nick and Sam will go out of their way to make sure you are treated well. Their service is fantastic, they actually drove me home when I brought the car in for an estimate because I had no ride. Their work is great, I was concerned that a repair shop would have problems matching my car's color paint, but it came out perfectly. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have a 1998 Toyota 4Runner and have used Collison Plus several times for different body shop repairs; they replaced my running board on the passenger side and did an excellent job; they also replaced the front bumper, headlights, and repainted the entire front end of the car. You could not tell that any paint work was done because it matched the factory paint perfectly. They are honest, detail oriented, reputable, and offer their services at a fair price (much less than the Toyota dealerships)..... they are the only body shop that I will take my cars to. I am glad that I found them!

Brought in my 2001 F-150 with considerable side damage. It was repaired with such quality, you would have sworn the side panels were replaced. The owner was true to his word, gave me an accurate and reasonable priced estimate, and performed an extremely high quality job.

The rear liftgate glass on my 2005 Ford Explorer was shattered. After getting the rear liftgate replaced, I needed to get it painted. I found Collision Plus thru Citysearch. Collision Plus was listed near the top of the Best of Citysearch Best Auto Body Repair and had very positive user reviews. I called and spoke with Nick. I described the necessary paint job. Nick immediately understood my requirements and gave me a very competitive quote. I dropped off my car with Nick in the morning and picked it up that same afternoon. The paint job was perfect!!! You can not tell the difference between the factory paint and the new paint job! I am VERY pleased and will use Collision Plus for my future Auto Body Repair and Painting needs!
