One of the best Dim Sum Restaurant in Houston
by Jewel1982 at Citysearch
We love the dim sum here. The Hai Gow and Shu Mai are really good. Chicken feet is awesome and the Banh Cuon Tom are the best. Only drawback is the service.
- Pros: Food
- Cons: service
Not honor in reciept
by 0428 at Citysearch
Bad service, add tip automatically in the receipt more than 15% about 17-18% if you don't pay attention to it. Add too much on your drink watch out....I won't come back anymore...food are average high than the others
Fantastic Food, Terrible Food
by g1nahis at Citysearch
Best dim sum in town, but the service can make it one of the worst restaurants in houston. Management really needs to make a change in the way they pay their people bc it shows ias they candidly and obnoxiously ask for tips while not giving the proper service.
- Pros: Delish food, fresh, good location, ample parking
- Cons: terrible service, rude host, snooty staff. only the clean-up crew is doing their job properly

Best Dim Sum!

The Dim Sum here is delicious and the variety is great. Come early on the weekends if you don't want to wait too long though! This place gets packed early!
- Pros: Dim Sum
- Cons: Crowded
Bad service
by michaeljohnson at Citysearch
The service at this restaurant is unbelievable. We had the rudest waiter. The people pushing the carts do not stop unless you call after them. Refilling water does not happen unless you spill the glass.
The service is the worst thing about the place. To top it off they automatically add 15% gratuity to ALL tables.
- Cons: , wait, fixed gratuity
Real dim sum
by mauryw at Citysearch
This place is packed every weekend during dim sum, and for good reason. The food is fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. My husband is on a low-carb diet but he'll bend it anytime for Golden Palace's siu mai and har gow. My kids love the cha siu bao so much that my mother orders extra to take home and re-heat for lunch during the week. Definitely the place to go for Hong Kong-style dim sum. Get there by 10:30 a.m., though, or be prepared to wait for a table to become available.
- Pros: quality, selection
Service need some major improvement
by cupido at Citysearch
These people flat out do not believe in customer service. They are more interested in taking your tips than refill you your water. Frontdesk girl is rude when you don't tip. No service, no tips. Period.
- Pros: food
- Cons: service
