User Reviews for Cyclone Cycles

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

I was looking for a bottom-of-the-line road bike and Cyclone was far and away the most helpful. I ended up buying a bike there and have gone there for all the gadgets I've "needed" since getting into triathlons. They've been friendly, non-judgmental about my slim wallet, and have offered to show me how to do things myself to avoid paying for bike repair. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Pros: friendly staff, wide product $ range

Cons: small store, small parking lot

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to talk and help me out - doing small repairs, which a lot of other bike shops wouldn't bother doing...

I was disappointed in the staffs' attitude. When I walked in, the first thing they said was that my bike was sub par and they would never produce bikes like that. First impressions matter to me, therefore, because of their initial negative comments rather than explaining if or how my bike could be fixed/improved, I am not sure I would go back there again.

Matt at Cyclone knows his stuff and is the most honest "horse trader" around. They have a good rotation of used bikes in and out and can usually find a great deal. I've been through a couple of bikes there and would recommend them without hesitation.

Pros: Used Equipment, Prices, Service
