My husband and I purchased our first home recently and Sharon and Chris were wonderful to work with. They gave us great updates and stayed on top of everything. Even though we closed on our home a few months ago--they are still helpful with many issues regarding our home purchase post-closing. We would highly recommend using Neider Mortgage!

Sharon and Chris really impressed me when I bought my first investment property. I will definitely use Neider Mortgage again! The weekly updates that Chris sent out were extremely helpful and Sharon is so fun to work with! Thanks, guys!

I have used Neider Mortgage twice so far. My first home buying experience was with Neider Mortgage and Sharon and her team educated me on how the process worked and what to expect. I got documentation on time and knew what I needed to provide every set of the way. I got a great rate , closing went very smoothly and I felt very prepared. I selected Neider Mortgage again for an investment property and I was very impressed that I got the very same service. Every step was carefully explained and layed out so that I always knew what was happening and why. I am starting to get into the real estate business and know that the realtor and contractors really have their own interests at heart but Sharon always has my back! She is 100% vested in getting me the best rate and does all the heavy lifting for me!!

When the time came to refinance our home, Sharon and Chris walked us through the terminology and gave us the guidance to decide which option was best for our needs. We apprecaite all that you did for us and would highly recommend Neider Mortgage as a personal, informative and creative mortgage consultant.

Sharon's team funded my mortgage in Dallas from Houston and I was certainly very happy. Great rates, terms and service. What was also important is that the escrow agent handling the close told me that Neider Mortgage was one of the most professional mortgage firms she had ever worked with. The close went off without a hitch and we are also pleased that the mortgage company that Sharon chose for us provides us with great service.

While living in Seattle, I was in need of refinancing my home in Houston. The diligence and expertise of Sharon and Chris at Neider Mortgage made it happen! Working with them was an amazing experience. Throughout the entire transaction they both were patient with me, my constant phone calls, and infinite questions. When a problem set us back they took a step forward. Their confidence and business relationships are the reason my refinance closed. Thank you, Sharon and Chris, for completing my refinance and saving me money in the process.

Purchasing a new home can be somewhat stressful. Sharon Neider and her assistant Chris assisted me in the purchase of my new home and guided me throughout the process. She was extremely knowlegable in her responses to my many questions. She actually looked out for my best interest and I felt comfortable in the decisions I made regarding my purchase through Neider Mortage company's assistance. Right when I thought my meetings with Neider Mortgage were completed I was amazed to see Sharon at the the closing to ensure that I was taken care of throughout that process. Her company came to my attention through the recomendation from another client she assisted in the past. Now I can highly recomend her company and her assistant Chris to anyone who is entering into searching for a mrotgage company. Thanks Sharon and Chris

Sharon was the most knowledgeable and straight forward mortgage broker I have ever worked with. I must have called her a hundred times, and she was always there for me. I highly recommend her company to anyone looking for a trustworthy broker that works hard for you.
