TEXAS HEAVEN!!!

This outstanding little BBQ joint has the best food in town. Everything is made fresh daily in house including the sausage links and the sauce. The atmosphere is one of a dying breed! The oak pit aroma is the first thing you you'll notice upon entering. Belly up to the bar with a ice cold longneck and a big plate of oak pit smoked BBQ and you'll think you've died and gone to Texas Heaven!! Great food and a great bar. Easy to get to from anywhere in the Galleria area.

Good ribs

Overall, 2nd best BBQ we've had in the Houston area (Swinging Door is #1).

Vegetables are good also.

BBQ sauce is unusual in appearance, but tasty.

Small, full service bar has a "neighborhood bar" atmosphere.
