No Flavor Cocolate Cake.

I picked up a chocolate cake with butter cream icing for my son's birthday. It was the worst cake we have had. I usually buy from 3 Brothers Bakery who makes excellent cakes. But, they are closed due to Hurricane Ike. There is no flavor to the chocolate cake. It may might as well be white or yellow. The icing is stiff and way too sweet. There is no creaminess to it. I will not be buying cakes from them again. Randall's makes better cakes and they are much cheaper.

Worst Customer Service!

The baked goods are ok, but the customer service is horrible! I went in with only 2 other people there and they acted like I wasn't even there! People would come up from the back and look around, chat with each other about nonsense and then leave. I had to ask someone to wait on me and it's not even a huge, busy place! I will NEVER go back!
