Worst shopping experience EVER! by Harold S. at InsiderPages

Went to go spend over $3000 on closet cabinets. Got different stories on what to do at ever turn. Delivery was a disaster. The idiots in the truck backed into my driveway and cracked it. They refused to repair it. Some of my items were damaged and that was a nightmare to get rectified. You have to sit on hold forever to get any help and then, no one even cares to help you. The cabinets are the worst quality, if you even go near them, they scratch beyond repair. I do not recommend this store, they have a lot of improvements to make, especially in their lousy quality of products...it's all junk.
Low prices and sleek, modern design draw shoppers to this interior decorating superstore.

In Short
Hopen, Malm, Aneboda-no, those are not suggestions to name your pet, but the Swedish names of IKEA's designer furnishings and decorative odds and ends. Created with a "one-way" layout in mind, shoppers weave through a labyrinth of seemingly endless showrooms stocked with equipment to creatively accessorize every room under the sun. With patrons ranging from groups of freshmen students looking to outfit their tiny dorms to entire families, the store offers a huge repertory of styles, patterns and colors for every unique taste. And speaking of tastes, the small restaurant just beyond the cashiers serves up traditional Swedish fare for those who worked up an appetite.

Do not go here if you are looking for great customer service and appreciation! Went there 3 times in one week to buy bedroom furniture, and all 3 times had a problem with customer service. Everyone seemed to not want to help, and were very rude when they finally did help. It was alot of hassle to have to load things in the warehouse yourself with basically no one wanting to lend a hand. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where your business will be appreciated with respect!
- Pros: trendy furniture
- Cons: BAD customer service, Huge maze/confusion, no one cares

This store is full of "cardboard" furniture! If anyone has bee here, yes, the furniture is inexpensive, but so is it's quality. I would furnish my son's college apartment with this stuff, but certainly not my house. Get some taste!
