Brought my shovelhead to Osborn's Cycles for a lot of work.

Robert, Goat and Professor are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Bike was repaired. Not everything turned out perfect but all in all it turned out to be a real head turner. Mechanically there were some problems and issues, however Robert did his best to try and resolve them. The bike had a lot of problems and many of them never got repaired even though I asked them to go over the bike completely. I would recommend this shop even though I had some problems. I was always treated very well. The only real problems were an oil leak that never got fixed and a battery that obviously had some kind of draw. The bike was painted and it turned out beautiful. Just wish bike had been able to perform a little better mechanically. Oh well, what do they say? The past is the past, you can't go back. Whats done is done.
Exception quality....Exceptional Value...the family obviously takes pride in the work

I took my 105th Anniversary Edition softtail custom to Osborns' to get the bars internally wired and chrome fork sliders installed....Exceptional quality was delivered. I am not a person that will let just anyone touch my ride...Since I am extremely picky, I had to go back to have them address a very minor concerns (which was basically a personal preference of mine). They took the bike in and treated me as if I were a brand new customer walking through their door...I was impressed at the level of service after the sale and attention they afforded me. As for the exceptional price, the work I had done was quoted at over 1500.00 at the local Harley shops, their price was about 750.00 out the door...I will use them for all of my Harley work and Highly Recommend
- Pros: Finally, a business that is honored to have you as a customer...and show you their appreciation through the whole process.
- Cons: I have none....they performed above my expectations
Love this place! Highly Recommended!

After I purchased my 1995 Electra Gilde Ultra Classic, I found that corporate Harley Davidson limited their business to bikes that are only ten years old, max. So I needed to find a reputable shop that could service my HD since my own knowledge and time are limited.
Currently, they're right off I-45 close to the Belfort exit - so it's also close to where I live (Friendswood) - Not hard to get to.
Anyway, these guys are really good folks who know their stuff and they're not out to take advantage of anybody. I've met everyone who spends their day working there and they all seem to like what they do - a lot. So far, I've had tires replaced, a 10K thorough checkup, oil changes, a chirping/squeeking sound located and embarrassingly lubricated (muffler hanger got wet and started squeeking) and other work done and have been exceedingly happy with everything they've done. Haven't had any major work done yet - but if I have to, that's where I'll take my bike.
These guys love working on bikes and it really shows. Don't expect fancy treatment - it's down to earth and honest - and that's enough for me. They'll fix what needs fixing and tell you if it doesn't (need fixing). They're not looking to take you for everything they can - they would rather you come back when you need them again. They've always been there for me, anyway. And I value honesty, integrity and a good repair above everything else.
Anyway, that's it! I hope that helps you out if you're looking for a good bike shop. As long as Osborn's is around, I'm not taking my Harley to anyone else.
- Pros: Extremely knowledgeable and great repair prices.
- Cons: Might have to wait a little - get over it.
