The spa service is great. Great customer service and they pamper you like you have never been pampered before.

The Staff is friendly, but the hotel definitley needs to be updated. It has the feel of a four seasons, but the hotel is out of touch with current trends.

The concierge was friendly, and the brunch was great! But the rooms are old and musty. They were close to the Toyota Center, we could walk to the ball game, but far from any of the cool downtown bars.

I didn't have to get soaked with rain going to my office in the Houston Center!

  • Pros: Nice People, Hotel Attached to Houston Center
  • Cons: Older Decor

The Scene
This European-style hotel stood as a lonely sentinel of luxury in downtown Houston for several years before the resurgence and development of its neighborhood. Despite increased competition, it still stands out as an elegant hotel that maintains the highest standards.

The Details
More than 400 guest rooms include six specialty suites. A pool and 24-hour fitness center are on the fourth floor. Spa services are available and complimentary town car service is offered for the downtown area. Most rooms provide a dazzling view of the Houston skyline, and the hotel is within walking distance of the George Brown Convention Center and Minute Maid Park, home of the Astros baseball team.

Luxurious Hotel with an attentive staff. The exterior decor is not stunning, but the hotel staff, luxurious rooms, and interior more than make up for it. Convenient location to downtown events...

I have stayed at plenty of other Four Seasons Properties and I think the Brand has forgotten about their Downtown hotel here in Houston for the last twenty years! The decor is out of style.

But I must say the Concierge service was Wonderful!!! They helped my friends and I celebrate a bachlorette party downtown in STYLE!

  • Pros: Great Service
  • Cons: Old Decor, Musty Smell, Nightlife Not Close

The Four Seasons in downtown Houston truly is the best. I have stayed at other so called luxury hotels in downtown Houston and yes, the rooms there are nice too, the food was great as well, but when it comes to personalized service and recognition, nobody does it like the Four Seasons. It seems that every single staff member loves to take care of guests. They simply exude guest service! If you want luxury, Four Seasons is the only way to go...
