To Whom It May Concern; If you have chosen Dr. Ratliff, you have chosen the most caring physician that you will probably ever meet. I can honestly say he cares about your well being. I wish that he could care for all of my medical needs. I would refer him to any and everyone. There are just not enough words to express the gratitude & comfort I feel for Dr. Ratliff. I thank God for putting him in my path and hope and pray for his continued success. God Bless you Dr. Ratliff!
