Time for a facelift

Sky Bar has been around for many years, with the same decor and set-up. I recently went there after a 20-year hiatus, and nothing had changed, except the place smelled mustier. There are a lot of better, more interesting places to go in Houston.
Pros: Great outdoor patio, convenient location.
Cons: Poor parking situation; wornout interior, pricey drinks.
