Good for costume rental not so much for vintage retail.

Way We Wore is a nice enough store with a good selection of vintage items. I purchased a 1950's era dress for 40 dollars, although it needed some minor repairs I found it a good enough value to purchase. My only major complaint was that the vintage hat selection was piled on top of one another so badly that most of the hats( not costume ) were damaged and this did not affect there price. The store is semi organized and has enough room for you to shop with friends. The clothing is OVER PRICED but unless your willing to be at the estate sales buying up the clothing with this store, Vintage Oasis and Retropolis (owned by same person) you have nothing to complain about if you want the clothes! Browse threw the store and see what you think.

Great Vintage and Costume Shopping, by vintage maven who has been around a while! The owner is very helpful, and knows all about vintage for those great costumes for a 70's party or any theme party. The shop is interesting and full of great vintage clothing and accessories. The staff is friendly and very helpful, always available for questions and suggestions. I would highly recommend and stop in periodically for the freshest vintage 'finds'

A veritable supply closet for those needing a party costume, or just to look far-out on Saturday night.

The Scene
This is the kind of thrift store you go to when you want to look trendy (in a vintage kind of way, of course), or get dressed to the nines for a '50s or '70s-themed costume party.

The Goods
These are clothes to have fun and look wild in, whether for a special occasion or every day. The racks are jammed with merchandise, so much so that you'd be well advised to take a nap before shopping, or at least taking along a cold drink to keep you refreshed. To make it easier, the clothing is divided into two sections--a '50s-era room and a '70s-era room. The selection of furniture and housewares is small but oh-so-tempting. They've also got accessories such as fishnet stockings and a great selection of handbags and men's and women's hats.
