Reading the last review....what your family members do has absolutely nothing to do with your own character! I have been a patient for many years and Tina is a professional who is knowlegable in her field and has handled my medical needs to my satisfaction. She's caring and unlike many in her field, she does not rush you through your exam, assembly line style. I recommend her to all of my friends and family.

She is an accessory to a crime. Her sister knocked off her husband and left her children without a father. I just saw this on "Snapped" and knew I recognized the name. I was a patient of Tina's but don't think I will be now. Do a search on Court TV.

I have been going here for so many years I honestly can not remember how long it has been ! Tina and her staff have been so friendly and accomodating why would I go anywhere else ? Well, let me tell you, I started a new job and my employer said she would pay for my well woman exam so I went to her physician in the med. center. The staff there was not warm and the doctor was cold and had as much personality as a fence post ! I went back to Tina and will NEVER go to anyone else. She always listens to every concern, helps in every way possible, treats you with respect and goes out of her way to do whatever she can to help you no matter how long it takes. How many other healthcare professionals do this ? I will continue to see her until my last breath and will continue to refer others to her.
Pros: Best patient care
Cons: NONE !

Tina Roundtree is an excellent nurse who I have relied on for years. I do not use a dr because of her expertise in the medical feild. The wait is long but worth it. I highly recommend using Tina.
Pros: great care, gives samples
Cons: long wait time

Village Women's Clinic has been an incredible resource for me for over 20 years. Tina Rountree is incredibly knowledgeable and always spends time with me in her office to answer all of my questions. I just found out that they are in a new location above Ruggles Cafe at 2315 Rice Boulevard, Suite 215. I'll miss the charming old house, but the new place is better for me since I can shop or run errands within walking distance.
Pros: Great location in the Village
Cons: If you don't know it's above Ruggles, the address could be hard to find.

I have been going to the VWC for so many years now I honestly can't remember. One thing I personally find useful is Ms Rountree knowledge of the maladies of those of us entering, or are in, our middle age in life. This is a very trying time for most women and I have been helped immeasurably through it with her help. I have never had a problem making appointments and don't have to wait literally weeks (in some cases, months) for my well woman appointment at the Village Women's Clinic. And unless there is some unforeseen situatiion that kept Ms Rountree or her asscociates from being there, I have never had to deal with a long drawn out waiting room aggravation. The ONE time there was a problem I was informed of her estimated time of arrival at the clinic and given the option to stay or reschedule. I would (and have) recommended this clinic to every woman I know!
Pros: Free parking, relaxed atmoshere.

Tina's knowledge and expertise has always been helpful over the years. Her clinic setting is very comfortable and inviting-very unlike a typical "Dr.'s office." The staff has always been friendly and treated me as a valued client. Plus, after seeing dermatologists for most of my life and spending lots and lots of $$ on antibiotics, topical treatments, etc.. One suggestion from Tina and my skin has been acne free for more than 1 1/2 years. I wish I had found her clinic 20 years ago!
Pros: Free parking

Village Women's Clinic has been providing top notch medical care at a fair price in a non-intimidating, caring atmosphere for many years. Although their focus is on reproductive care, they treat the whole person; they know that no health issue is isolated. I don't know of another clinic of any type in Houston that has this "attitude". But, if we had more like it, we would most certainly be a healthier city.

This is a place where they treat you as a whole person. You will be able to discuss not only your medical problem but also any underlying concerns that bother you. I have been a patient for 15+ years and referred my three daughters and their friends to the Village Women's Clinic. Even now, when I could use one of my HMO's physicians I continue to seek their services.
Pros: Appointments at a time that works for the patient

Nurse Rountree is the best physician that I have seen. She has been my "doc" for 4 years. She has always been professional and very interested in what is going on with me. Tina is a warm and caring person. Anyone who is seen by her is in good hands.
