The staff are very friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. There was no wait, but the service seemed to take a bit longer than it should have (~30 minutes for a state inspection - you be the judge.) Only complaint is that there's really no good waiting area so if you come it at a busy time or need any substantial service you aren't going to want to stick around.
Pros: Short wait, courteous staff
Cons: Lack of waiting room
