I had been going to the same hairstylist for 17 years until I asked to go a bit darker with my hair color and he turned my into one of the Osbourne family!! I was in tears! One of my friends recommended Turk to me and thank God they did...within a matter of a couple of hours what I thought could never be fixed was!!! I now have been going to him for 5 years and have followed him from salon to salon. He makes it very fun to go and get your hair did! hehe. His hairstyles and knowledge of color are amazing and he makes it feel like you are visiting with a friend. Stop fretting over where to go for your next hair cut...go to Beautique on Times Blvd and ask for Turk!!! You won't regret it!!

Pros: The people working there are very friendly and you always leave with a fabulous cut/color!

Cons: Maybe the parking. But there is usually a great guy right next to the entrance who can vallet your car and there is no set fee.

I just have to tell everyone about how talented TURK INAN is over at Beautique in the Rice Village. He is consistently GREAT with my hair color!! He knows what color works best and how to achieve it!! He makes it worth the drive through all that crazy construction in the Village worth it.It is always an enjoyable event to go to Beautique because it is so clean and everyone is very nice and helpful.

Pros: They are always willing to work you in if you need something done!!

Cons: Parking can be tricky. Go for the paid parking across the street and stamp your ticket.

Had an appointment with Mia for lash extensions. She is the best--professional, good sense of humor and conscientious in her work. She made me feel like a million $$! She will be recommended to all my friends. Thanks, Mia!

For those of you looking for a great stylist and colorist, I would highly recommend Kibi. I have been going to her for the past year now and she is amazing. I've never been the type to stick to 1 stylist or even 1 salon until I started having my hair done by Kibi at the Beautique. My hair looks awesome every time she does it. She has a great eye for what looks good on different people with different types of hair. My best friend had her hair done by Kibi also and was thrilled with the results. Kibi is such a perfectionist and she will definitely take the time and effort to make you look and feel amazing when you leave the salon!!

Zoey!!!!! For waxing! She is exceptional, professional, informative, clean, thorough, genuine, and friendly. Wonderful Service at Beautique....on the phone, coming in...and going out! Loved it! My friend/colleague recommended me. She is a regular, and we decided that we would go during lunch for some 'girl time'....a wax & some lunch & laughs! She cancelled on me, & I was anxious about going by myself...but I just HAD too. I don't regret it! I've been looking for a great place, and I have now found it.

I've been to Raza for waxing since I came to Houston. She does a great job! I feel so at ease when I'm there, so i hardly notice what she's doing. She is clean, fast, efficient and has a good and painless technique. I'm recommending Raza to all my friends.

Pros: Fast and friendly staff, reasonable prices

I went to the salon this week and had a great experience with Shara. She suggested that I go with my natural hair color and a few highlights. My hair looks great and I have receieved a ton of compliments. I would reccommend her to anyone if you are looking for a great colorist. Also, when she cut my hair she did everything I asked for.

I am a picky costumer and i have had my hair done by KIBI and she absolutely rocks.She keeps current with the latest styles and trends.And she is the best colorist ever.Very kind and listening. If you want the best hair cut or color,you must go to KIBI.I am very impressed,she is awesome.

When my salon closed down, I spent 3 years searching for a hairstylist. I never felt comfortable at all until I called Beautique and they set me up with Cortni. Now I am a repeat customer and can't imagine anybody else styling my hair. She is so professional. She never tries to push anything on me. She cuts my hair the exact way I ask her.

Pros: Free Valet parking in the Village

BRIDE's....I just had my trial run with Mia and she is AWESOME!!! Ii came in for just bridal make-up..but MIA recommended I do AIRBRUSH make-up which would last longer. She was right!!!! Aside from my make-up, she did the NOVA lash exstentions and I love it. If you want a one stop shop for your wedding you MUST visit The Beautique and MIA. She will have you all set up and beutiful for your great day.....
