I was a customer for about 10 years. Last week I was told by Mubarak (the boss) that he would no longer do my laundry. He said that I could only have my shirts dry cleaned. The reason being that when they do laundry sometimes they get oil spots on the shirts. Mubarak explained that it is in the water and there is nothing they can do about it. He said that he could no longer redo my shirts when they get spots on them from their cleaning process. He said that they have to dry clean them to remove the spots, and it was too expensive for him. They still offer laundry service to other people, as long as they do not complain about the spots. I guess it was cheaper to get rid of a loyal customer instead of solving the problem. I will miss the ladies who work there, they were always friendly and helpful. I should thank Mubarak, since he refused to do my laundry, I found a new laundry that does not put spots in my shirts. 11/06
