Anderson Gone..Hooray!

The only thing Devon Anderson has going for her is the fact that she's a Texan, and White! How in the hell can you honestly convict someone with absolutely NO EVIDENCE? And sentence them to prison on mere hearsay? This people, is justice? It's the very thing that's giving Houston, and Texas as a whole a bad name. All I can say Is "Good riddance to bad rubbish".

We're lucky to have, and need to Keep Judge Anderson

Let's look at Judge Anderson. Since Judge Devon Anderson was elected by us to the bench in 2005, she has maintained a well-run, efficient and professional court. Judge Anderson has proven in just 4 years that she is fair and consistent. Judges are faced with tremendous pressure to make many decisions, and Judge Anderson proves that she makes fair, lawful rulings. Those of us in Harris County can be confident that when we re-elect Judge Anderson, she will contuine to serve as one of the most excellent judges in our great county.

Outstanding Judge

I have seen Judge Anderson on several occasions and can say she is consistent with her sentencing regardless of race. Bottom line, if a person breaks the law there are penalties to pay. Judge Anderson is fair in issuing those penalties.

Superb Judge

Come on. Any respsonsible, intelligent, "thinking" citizen of Harris County can easily deduct after reading these intentionaly negative shots against one of the hardest working public servants in Harris County, that they are just that, attempts. Judge Anderson is no other than upstanding, caring and FAIR. Of course in CRIMINAL court, some might feel that they got wronged, but the law and their acts to break it did it to them, not the judge. If you visit Judge Anderson's court, which I have on numerous occasions, I see order, decorum, respect for all people of all races. People in Judge Andersons' court are treated with dignity. Those who honestly know Judge Anderson and see the wonderful impact she has made on the bench would change their words in a minute. Thanks, Judge Anderson ! You're doing a GREAT job!

UNFAIR

My father was a politician in California and because of this I knew personally many judges. Judge Anderson is a disgrace to the profession we hold dear and usually respect . You judge by facts not by feelings. And everyone can see what her feelings are towards the black race. She truly needs to resign.

This lady is the real deal. She treats victims, defendants and lawyers with respect and she manages to respect the law at the same time. Be warned. A lot of the negative reviews on this site are coming from people who went into a courtroom with their own definition of justice. See, they define justice as what happens when they get their way and people suffer. That's not justice. Devon Anderson knows what real justice is.

Don't listen to the fakes. This lady is a class act, the real thing and a great freakin judge!!!

Devon Anderson rocks!

When you talk about Devon Anderson, 177th Criminal District Court Judge, you're talking about a jurist with class. She's one of the top-rated judges in Harris County. You're talking about someone with a rock solid legal mind and a good heart. I've seen the way she handles herself in court, as opposed to others who have posted here. She treats both sides with respect and manages to get justice done. She represents the people of Harris County better than anyone else. Probably one of the best things you can say is that she's fair. She's experienced and tough too. So, wen you vote in November, get all the facts. Don't listen to a bunch of whiners who didn't win every fight in her court. Look at the facts. if you do, you'll vote for Judge Devon Anderson.

A real Texas judge

Devon Anderson is a true Texas success story. UT grad, former defense attorney, longtime prosecutor and judge. She is someone who works hard and exhibits character. It's ashamed to see people with nothing better to do -- people angry over justice -- taking it out on her on the web.

Judge Anderson is a great judge -- fair, balanced, polite and firm. No one who has really been in her courtroom could possibly see her as anything else, unless you're an attorney who wasn't prepared to work and work hard.

VOTE HER OUT OF OFFICE!

Election time is coming up! Houston Texas needs to know about this Judge and NOT put her back in the courtroom to destroy lives because of her "feelings." VOTE AGAINST Judge Devon Anderson!

Truthfully speaking, she despises any one another than conservative whites.

One commenter posted as to "how does she sleep?" She probably doesn't! And to do so she probably takes medication.
