Customer Service

I went for my first time and was attended by a female. She did not have the best customer service skills. She chewed gum the entire time while she was giving me a massage. At first, it was ok, but you are going to relax not to hear someone chew gum. Some people should go through a customer service class.

Knowledgeable and nice

The atmosphere is nice (dark tones and candles) but even better is the staff. I have had several massages from both Kristi and Steve, and both are topnotch...and they tend to go over the allotted time too...a very nice touch! I highly recommend Sunset Body Works, as much for the professional quality massage as the friendly service. First class experience all the way.

The Best Spa in Houston

This place is definitely worth the trip from anywhere in the Houston Area. The Staff is excellent.

Kristi has the most amazing hands. Strong and powerful when needed and yet soothing and gentle too!

I will certainly return over and over!

Wax On!

I went to Kellie to get brazilin wax and she did such an amazing job! Going into a spa to have this done always makes me feel nervous but I was immediately put at ease. Kellie was fast and yet so thorough, and the service wasn?t painful at all. I would highly recommend this spa to all my friends.

Best Esthetician

I went to Kellie for a brazilian wax and ended up staying for a facial. She was so meticulous- making sure she got it even and didn't miss anything, all while still being very fast - I knew I had to try her facial. When I left I felt relaxed and my skin was glowing! I will definitely be going back for upkeep. The spa has a really hip downtown vibe too with it's exposed brick walls. Check it out!

One of the best hot stone massage I have every gotten

I found this place on a recommendation from a friend and received one of the best hot stone massages from Alex. He did an outstanding job and I will be back for a deep tissue next time. The spa itself is very unique and beautiful and I love the location.

This is a great day spa

I took my girlfriend there as a surprise for our 3 year anniversary and she loved it!! The service and ambiance was great. We started with a couples Sunset massage that was very relaxing and one of the best that I have had in a long time. After that my girlfriend received something called dermabrasion, I got a pedicure from Ann and she was great, very funny lady. I highly recommend this place, it was a great surprise for my girlfriend on our anniversary. The price was worth it.

Sunset Body Works

My husband gave me a gift cert. for my 50th b-day. I going for the micro current facials, and I must say they really do make a difference in your skin. These facials not only erase fine lines around your eyes and lips, they also reduced the size of my pores, slightly plumped (like they looked ten years ago) up my lips. It even cleared up my hormonal acne. Mia is just fantastic, she really takes her time. You can tell she really knows what she's doing and you never feel rushed. I also like the way the spa is set up, everything is private, quiet and very relaxing. For those of you out in the Burbs don't let the location be a deterent, I live in northwest houston outside the beltway and its well worth the drive. I just can't say enough about this Spa except to say, I've already told my husband, I want another gift cert. for Christmas.

Amazing Massage!

I've had dozens of massages before, but I have to say that this, by far, was the best massage I've ever had. Lexx was really friendly and was ready to go as soon as I arrived. He really put alot of time and effort into relaxing me and working out all the knots in my back!

I will definitely be back!!!! Keep it up.
