Great First Time Buyer Experience

I was a first time buyer, new to the Houston area, with very little knowledge about the home buying process. Added the that, I needed to find a place pretty quickly. Richard was fantastic! He always made time for me, took me to see as many places as I wanted to see, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the fact that he gave me his honest opinion about a particular street or area or the quality and value of each home I was considering. He also helped me see the potential in places I had written off too quickly. When offers did not work out, he remained positive and kept my spirits high! I did find my perfect place (one I had written off earlier!) within the time frame I had. Richard was there for me through inspection and closing and promised to be there for me even after the deal was signed. True to his word, he has checked in with me a few times since I moved in.

If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, calm, patient, and gets the job done, Richard is the realtor for you.

Great Experience

I am a mortgage lender and have worked with Richard over the years with different clients and one thing I can say about Richard is that he always goes out of his way to satisfy his clients needs and help ensure a smooth transaction. It is always a pleasure working with him.

Representing ME - not his commission

Richard has helped me through three real estate transactions so far and he handled all of them skillfully and with poise. Several of the rather few people whom I consider true friends are very successful and talented real estate agents in Houston. As such, choosing an agent to represent me is not an easy matter. When it gets down to it, the person with whom I feel the most comfortable discussing my financial situation, my specific desires and situation, and also the person whom I think will work for me the best, and not just try to get me to buy a house so that he'll get a commission...is Richard. That's why as I begin considering my move back to Houston after two years in Chicago, I have begun working with Richard looking at properties. Actually - there you have the perfect example: I'm not looking to buy for months and months out - yet Richard is showing me around at properties every time I'm in Houston to get me familiar with the neighborhoods - and make sure my purchase is right when I do buy.

your search is over.Richard Buentello with Karen Derr &Associates, was my choice, in 2005 he showed me 22

properties in one week, I find my ideal 2nd house, @ the right price. with his help and experties, inspection and closing went smooth, and I sign the final paper long distance.I am useing his help with confident again this year. He is the best.

Excellent realtor!

My husband and I are relocating to Texas and were lucky enough to meet with Richard while recently there looking to rent a house. Richard was generous with his time and took much interest in taking us through different neighborhoods and orienting us Houston. Never once did we find him trying to push us into something we were unsure about and he took great care to ensure we found the home we would be happy in. Highly recommended!

Great Realtor

I hired Richard Buentello of Karen Derr & Associates as my Realtor and I was quite satisfied with his professionalism & diligence to get my house sold. He did several weekend open houses including a Broker open that brought in many other Realtors, one of whom sold my house! If you want your home marketed and sold in record time, then call Richard.

Realtor Who Knows The Houston Market!

Richard helped me find a lease property on a moment's notice on a weekend. I told him what I was looking for and he was availble to work with me within one hour! Not only had he scheduled several properties to view, he found me the ideal house in record time for the right price!

He will be my choice for a Realtor in all my future real estate transactions.

Courteous and readily available to go the extra mile

I had a pleasant experience using Richard to help find my current residence. He had helpful suggestions that eventually steered my decision for the better. Buying real estate is in general a stressful experience, but Richard helped squash many of the issues surrounding the purchase process. Kudos! In the end, my real estate purchase went smoothly. I recommend Richard as a realtor to anyone looking for a residence in Houston.

Richard does what it takes to sell your property and help you find the home of your dreams. I know because he sold two of mine! In today's economy, he understands what it takes to get a home sold even if it involves meeting with two or more realtors everyday to discuss his "listings" or to schedule showings. He makes honest suggestions for improving your property and he KNOWS EVERYONE that can help get it done. You can trust him with your keys, your car, and even your bank records!!! He can tell you more about some properties than most other people because chances are he has already sold it or knows the person that bought it years ago. He is an expert when it comes to neighborhoods like the Heights, Garden Oaks, Midtown, Montrose, and Downtown. He will always respond to your calls and he throws a great Open house. If you are reading this now, don't hesitate to call him. I am glad that I didn't!
