Caring friendly and suppotive

I had done some research and found Houston Weight Loss & Lipo Centers. Hesitant that it was just another gimic I gave them a call. I spoke with Ann Rogers and she spent alot of time with me on the phone answering my questions. I never felt rushed during this call and was excited to give it a try after we finished. I was so embarrassed with my weight having always been "tiny" in high school many years ago but after having kids I gained 100+ lbs and took care of their needs instead of my health. The staff made me feel very comfortable from the time I checked in. They are always friendly and smiling. That initial visit was 02/24/09 and I had my heart set on dropping 60lbs by 07/24/09. With the staff's guidance and encouragement I reached my goal in those 5 mths. My co-workers and family members provide words of encouragement and suppot as well. It's such an awesome feeling seeing someone that you haven't seen in a while and they compliment you on your weight loss. Dorothy Nelson is great. Everyone is great. I referred a friend to this center and she has lost almost a 100 lbs. My blood pressure is down and my cholesterol dropped 100 points in 7 mths. I began walking now I combine walking and jogging! I feel so alive now and I'm well on my way to that weight loss goal of 120lbs!! Thank you to everyone at the center!!

Caring and friendly staff

I went in full of questions and the very caring staff answered them. They had very good ideas on how to monitor my food intake. I need to lose the "over 50" weight gain and could not seem to do it myself no matter how hard I tried. Because of high blood pressure, I was put on the herbal supplements and I have to say after only 3 days they are wonderful! They curb my appetite without any side effects and have taken away my craving for sweets. I'm eating a healthy diet and I expect to do well on this program. The B12 shot has definitely increased my energy level and I am back on an exercise program. Thank you - and I'm looking forward to my check-in in 2 weeks!

Friendly Staff

I was recommended to Houston Weight Loss and Lipo by a friend of mine who had a wonderful experience and I have to say that my experience has been the same. The staff has always been very friendly to me and they know my time is limited so they get me in and out quickly. If I ever have a problem or need to rearrange an appointment they have always been very accommodating.

As for the weight loss, well lets just the compliments are rolling in every day.

I LOST WEIGHT WITH THE HELP OF HOSTON WEIGHT LOSS & LIPO CEN

WHEN I STARTED WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM I WAS AT THE WEIGHT OF ALMOST 280 POUNDS AND I LOST ALMOST 60 POUNDS IN 5 MONTH ....I HAD TRY SO MANY DIET PILLS AND NONE WORK FOR ME ..BUT WITH THIS PROGRAM THE WEIGHT JUST STARTED COMING OFF THE FRIST TWO WEEKS I LOST 9 POUNDS AND BY THE END OF THE FRIST MONTH I HAD LOST LIKE 16 POUNDS, AND THEN EACH MONTH IVE LOST LIKE 12 POUNDS EACH MONTH ....I'AM SO HAPPY IT WORK FOR ME SO I'LL WORK FOR ANYBODY ..... SO TRY IT AND YOU SEE IT REALLY WORKS....THANK YOU SO MUCH HOUSTON WEIGHT LOSS &LIPO CENTRES....

Rude & Rip Off

Staff was rude and generally unfriendly. I waited forever for the quickest consult ever! After little success, I was accused of not following their instruction closely enough. I was completely honest with them at all times. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS BELOW CLOSELY! Most of them are on the same date in Aug or September and by reviewers who have never reviewed anything else! VERY SUSPICIOUS!!!!!

RIP OFF

I WENT IN TO THIS OFFICE LAST YEAR PAYED $900.00 FOR THE LIPO DISSOLVE PROCEDURE AFTER UNDER GOING OVER 100'S OF NEEDLE PEIRCING MY ABDOMINAL REGION AND THREE SESSIONS LATER i NOTICE "NO CHANGE". WELL I THEN PROCEDED TO AS THE NURSE WHEN WOULD I BEGIN TO SEE ANY RESULT? THIS QUESTION INSTANLY PUT HER ON THE DEFENSIVE , SHE BEGAN ACCUSING ME OF GAINING WEIGHT OVER THE PERIOD OF THE TREATMENT. I TOLD HER I HAD NOT GAIN WEIGHT NOR LOST WEIGHT, SHE THEN ASKED ME TO WEIGHT IN THERE TO TRY TO PROVE THAT I HAD GAIN WEIGTH WHEN SHE SAW THAT I WAS THE EXACT SAME WEIGHT AS THAT WHEN I WALK IN SHE HAD NOTHING ELSE TO SAY TO ME. SO I LEFT FELT VERY UNEASE ABOUT THE WAY SHE TREATED ME AND TOLD THE OFFICE MANAGER ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPEN ETC.. SO SHE SUGGEST I COME IN AND SEE ANOTHER NURSE THAT ADMINSTER THESE INJECTIONS SO I DID . WHEN I CAME IN THE FOLLOWING VIST I EXPLAIN TO THE NURSE WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND AGAIN JUST WONDERING WHEN I WOULD SEE SOME YPE OF RESULT ? SHE SAID THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER RECIEVED THIS TREATMENT BECAUSE I WAS NOT A GOOD CANADIT FOR IT , THAT I HAD TO MUCH STOMACH FAT . SO NEXT THE OFFICE MANAGER COMES IN AND SAYS THAT I CAN USE THE THE MONEY THAT I HAD PSY FOR THE INJECTIONS TOWARDS LASER LIPO THAT WAS AN ADDITIONAL 2,000.00 i COULD NOT BELIEVE IT I HAD GONE THRU ALL THIS PAIN FOR NOTHING I WAS CERTAINALY NOT GOING UNDER FOR ANOTHER PROCEDURE THAT COULD GO WRONG! SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOR PUT IT TOWARD THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM THEY OFFER THERE THAT IS JUST BASICALY DIET PILL!!!! TAKE THIS AS A WARNING AS I SHOULD IF IT SOUND TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBALY IS. JUST THE LACK OF GOOD PATIENT CARE AND RIPPING ME OFF WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME TO LEARN MY LESSON.

Good Company to Deal With

Sincere staff and excellent care

From day one my experience with the Houston Weight Loss Center was superb. After breaking down in tears and explaining that I had been putting my wedding plans off for almost two years due to my weight, I received a sincere coaching session and a promise that I could do it. In my experience the staff was very knowledgable about eating paterns and portions. By following their advice, I dropped 8 lbs in the first two weeks without feeling hungry, and about 30 lbs overall to date. I learned eating habits that work for me, and my busy schedule. I remember feeling so hopeless and tired all the time. As the pounds came off my energy increased, and I am now wearing jeans that I never thought I would fit into again. Everytime I see my coach, I just want to hug her and thank her for giving me the gift of encouragement. I have a completely new outlook on life, and I owe my weightloss succes to the Houston Weight Loss Center.

On my way!!!!!

Hi, I am a working mother of 4 boys, ages 13, 12, 9, and 8, and am on my way to reaching my goal weight; after having my 4 wonderful boys. We lead a very a busy, hectic life and most of the time I have not been eating correctly. I have been going to the Houston Weight Loss Center, located on T.C. Jester, for the past 4 months and have lost 25 lbs.; with about 30 more to go. I have finally found a solution to help me with my weight loss and to keep it off. With the help of the awesome staff, I am learning to take responsibility for my bad eating and exercise habits. Now when I go to one of my boys practices I walk for an hour, then watch. I am an emotional eater and learned that I am not alone. Instead of munching, I now know how to deal with the stress and emotions, and when I just can?t deal, I have healthy food in the house to turn to. With the support of Houston Weight Loss Center I have the necessary tools to be successful in my weight loss and keep it off.

Best program in town! Very supportive

I am an elementary school teacher and sometime my days are so busy I did not have much time to take care of myself the way I needed to. Houston Weight Loss center was very flexible with appointment times and were always very helpful. I went in with a goal of loosing about 20 pounds. I actually lost close to 30 pounds. This program is wonderful and the B12 shots are awesome. The staff is extremely professional and caring. Sometimes I think they were more excited about my results than I was. The doctor taught me how to do the things I needed to get the results I wanted and how to keep the weight off. It has been about 3 months since I no longer needed the program and I have kept the weight off and actually lost a few more pounds. I feel great; I look great and overall I?m very happy. Everyone notices the change too, I have not got tired yet of hearing how much weight I lost. Thank you Houston Weight Loss Centers, I would recommend ANYONE who really wants to see quick and long lasting results to come see you guys. Thanks again for helping me feel like me again!
