RIP OFF

I WENT IN TO THIS OFFICE LAST YEAR PAYED $900.00 FOR THE LIPO DISSOLVE PROCEDURE AFTER UNDER GOING OVER 100'S OF NEEDLE PEIRCING MY ABDOMINAL REGION AND THREE SESSIONS LATER i NOTICE "NO CHANGE". WELL I THEN PROCEDED TO AS THE NURSE WHEN WOULD I BEGIN TO SEE ANY RESULT? THIS QUESTION INSTANLY PUT HER ON THE DEFENSIVE , SHE BEGAN ACCUSING ME OF GAINING WEIGHT OVER THE PERIOD OF THE TREATMENT. I TOLD HER I HAD NOT GAIN WEIGHT NOR LOST WEIGHT, SHE THEN ASKED ME TO WEIGHT IN THERE TO TRY TO PROVE THAT I HAD GAIN WEIGTH WHEN SHE SAW THAT I WAS THE EXACT SAME WEIGHT AS THAT WHEN I WALK IN SHE HAD NOTHING ELSE TO SAY TO ME. SO I LEFT FELT VERY UNEASE ABOUT THE WAY SHE TREATED ME AND TOLD THE OFFICE MANAGER ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPEN ETC.. SO SHE SUGGEST I COME IN AND SEE ANOTHER NURSE THAT ADMINSTER THESE INJECTIONS SO I DID . WHEN I CAME IN THE FOLLOWING VIST I EXPLAIN TO THE NURSE WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND AGAIN JUST WONDERING WHEN I WOULD SEE SOME YPE OF RESULT ? SHE SAID THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER RECIEVED THIS TREATMENT BECAUSE I WAS NOT A GOOD CANADIT FOR IT , THAT I HAD TO MUCH STOMACH FAT . SO NEXT THE OFFICE MANAGER COMES IN AND SAYS THAT I CAN USE THE THE MONEY THAT I HAD PSY FOR THE INJECTIONS TOWARDS LASER LIPO THAT WAS AN ADDITIONAL 2,000.00 i COULD NOT BELIEVE IT I HAD GONE THRU ALL THIS PAIN FOR NOTHING I WAS CERTAINALY NOT GOING UNDER FOR ANOTHER PROCEDURE THAT COULD GO WRONG! SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOR PUT IT TOWARD THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM THEY OFFER THERE THAT IS JUST BASICALY DIET PILL!!!! TAKE THIS AS A WARNING AS I SHOULD IF IT SOUND TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBALY IS. JUST THE LACK OF GOOD PATIENT CARE AND RIPPING ME OFF WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME TO LEARN MY LESSON.

The areas treated have have a produced a good result. They are courteous and caring! The personable staff made me feel comfortable and the procedure improved the quality of my life. I recommend Dr B.

From day one my experience with the Houston Weight Loss Center was superb. After breaking down in tears and explaining that I had been putting my wedding plans off for almost two years due to my weight, I received a sincere coaching session and a promise that I could do it. In my experience the staff was very knowledgable about eating paterns and portions. By following their advice, I dropped 8 lbs in the first two weeks without feeling hungry, and about 30 lbs overall to date. I learned eating habits that work for me, and my busy schedule. I remember feeling so hopeless and tired all the time. As the pounds came off my energy increased, and I am now wearing jeans that I never thought I would fit into again. Everytime I see my coach, I just want to hug her and thank her for giving me the gift of encouragement. I have a completely new outlook on life, and I owe my weightloss succes to the Houston Weight Loss Center.

Hi, I am a working mother of 4 boys, ages 13, 12, 9, and 8, and am on my way to reaching my goal weight; after having my 4 wonderful boys. We lead a very a busy, hectic life and most of the time I have not been eating correctly. I have been going to the Houston Weight Loss Center, located on T.C. Jester, for the past 4 months and have lost 25 lbs.; with about 30 more to go. I have finally found a solution to help me with my weight loss and to keep it off. With the help of the awesome staff, I am learning to take responsibility for my bad eating and exercise habits. Now when I go to one of my boys practices I walk for an hour, then watch. I am an emotional eater and learned that I am not alone. Instead of munching, I now know how to deal with the stress and emotions, and when I just can?t deal, I have healthy food in the house to turn to. With the support of Houston Weight Loss Center I have the necessary tools to be successful in my weight loss and keep it off.

I am an elementary school teacher and sometime my days are so busy I did not have much time to take care of myself the way I needed to. Houston Weight Loss center was very flexible with appointment times and were always very helpful. I went in with a goal of loosing about 20 pounds. I actually lost close to 30 pounds. This program is wonderful and the B12 shots are awesome. The staff is extremely professional and caring. Sometimes I think they were more excited about my results than I was. The doctor taught me how to do the things I needed to get the results I wanted and how to keep the weight off. It has been about 3 months since I no longer needed the program and I have kept the weight off and actually lost a few more pounds. I feel great; I look great and overall I?m very happy. Everyone notices the change too, I have not got tired yet of hearing how much weight I lost. Thank you Houston Weight Loss Centers, I would recommend ANYONE who really wants to see quick and long lasting results to come see you guys. Thanks again for helping me feel like me again!

I'm a 26 year old mother of 3 small children that were born in 2004, 2005, and 2006. Carrying babies 3 years in a row resulted in a hugely depressing weight gain. After baby number 3 I thought I would lose the weight for good! After more than a year of stop and go dieting I called Houston Weight Loss and Lipo in May. As of today I have lost 36 pounds. I have been very happy with my experience with Houston Weight Loss. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. When I go in for weigh-ins and I report a loss they are always so happy for me and tell me over and over how great I'm doing! It's so nice to have my own personal weight loss cheerleaders :) Besides the great staff, I really like the fact that I get a printout at every weigh-in that not only shows me my current weight but also my BMI, fat percentage, BMR and several other things. An NP always comes in and compares my last chart with my current chart and discusses any questions/concerns that I have.
If you are looking to lose weight and decide that you need a little help then I highly recommend Houston Weight Loss and Lipo. I can honestly say that I have never had a complaint about any aspect of my program and I'm even trying to recruit other people!

- Cons: There are only 2 offices and neither one is very close to where I live.

I used to be 118 lbs, athletic, energetic...then I had kids! I gained 75 lbs with my first child, only to have lost 20 before getting pregnant with my 2nd. Now three years later after having my 3rd child I was still 80 lbs over weight. I had tried every diet know to man only to fail them all. Houston Weight Loss Center has been the only program that I have succeeded in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The facility is very clean. Houston Weight Loss Center also offers customized plans. My plan consists of appetite suppressents, vitamin B shots for energy, and of course a diet and exercise plan. Don't get me wrong, dieting is never easy but Houston Weight Loss Center has given me the edge and the push that I needed to succeed. Now, 40 lbs thinner I am getting back to my old self. I'm still working on that last 30 lbs. I'll be staying with Houston Weight Loss Center for the rest of my weight loss journey!

The Staff at this Facility are amazing. It's no doubt that you feel like everyone is in your corner during the process. I lost 8.5 pounds in one week and I remember the follow-up visit after the weigh-in. The Nurse Practioner was more excited than me! After becoming a patient at Houston Weight Loss and Lipo Center I know what it takes to be a weight loss success...A wonderful program and encouragement which both can be found at Houston Weight Loss and Lipo Center.

Let me just say I have tried everything to lose weight because I was so frustrated. One day, I was just looking online and found Dr, Bergeron. I was looking for help to lose weight. I decided to give them a try.
Since I have been going to Dr. Bergeron's clinic I have lost 19 pounds. They have helped me accomplish what I have been trying to do for years. I am so grateful to everyone at the clinic.
Every time I have gone to the clinic for an appointment everyone is so nice and really do care. They have always answered all of my questions no matter how stupid I thought they were.
