Now serving Sushi, Sandwiches & Live Music!
by RWB at Citysearch
Great wine menu, and the sushi is to die for. Our new owner is really trying hard to establish a new identity for this club that is much more progressive and hi-tech. New website, new musicians and new drink and food specials should really make Rock Wine and Blues the party spot in Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita and Huffman.

- Pros: Sushi is some of the best in area and is prepared by Scott
- Cons: Closed on Monday
Beautiful Place Better Blues
by UBetterBelieveIt at Citysearch
I live in Katy the drive is awhile but well worth it. We went when they had a live band, with the Little Asian man who has a real down home voice they were amazing. Being from Downtown New Orleans I feel I know alittle about Blues Bands. This guy could sang BB King to Percy Sledge the bass player is the best the guy on the drums was on point and I loved them!!
The drinks aren't watered down service is awesome. Restrooms clean too. Huge dance floor with people dancing lots of places to sit also. I am running on & on I love this place.
The best thing is that they have BOURBON street decor even the exterior of the building.
- Pros: Bad@$$ Live Bad
- Cons: Location
Best place on North Side
by dfalconbwg at Citysearch
Rock Wine Blues rocks! We have been several times. The music is always awesome and the drink prices are reasonable. It's hard to find any place that compares on the north sides. They are also cigar-friendly. We will be going back on a regular basis.
- Pros: Drink selection, wines, music
- Cons: Parking lot can get full

Live music venue in Humble with dessert-worthy martinis and an atmosphere reminiscent of the Big Easy.

In Short
Located in the Orleans Square Shopping Center just west of Lake Houston, this spacious club shakes the rafters with live rock, jazz, R&B and blues Wednesday through Saturday nights. The club features plenty of seating and lounges for locals enjoying the music (most seats afford a view of the main stage) and nightly happy hour specials. The large circular bar turns out some potent cocktails including house martinis such as pineapple upside-down cake and raspberry cheesecake.
The Nicest Place I?ve Seen in the Houston Area
by MusicMan2020 at Citysearch
The atmosphere and vibe of this place reminds me of clubs that I have been to in Chicago or LA. The music was outstanding. I was very surprised to find such a great wine list. Most places in Houston have the standards. Rock Wine & Blues had many boutique wines. The drinks were reasonably priced and the service was great. It was very busy the night I attended the club. The club is very spacious so I never felt cramped or crowded. My friends and I came in during Happy Hour on a Friday and stayed for the first set of the band. I have been back most every weekend after. I really like this place. It just feels comfortable.
It was a great experience all around.
Great Place!

I have been visiting Rock Wine & Blues every since it opened a couple months ago. I absolutely love this place almost as much as my wife does. It's nice to have a place where females feel comfortable and a guy can just get a good drink and relax in a nice enviroment. The prices are fair and the staff is top notch from the doorman to the quick bartenders. My wife is completely in love with their Pineapple Cake martini and the music is awesome every time. It is definatly a much needed getaway for this side of town and I would recommend that everyone visits this bar. Kudos Rock Wine and Blues!!!
- Pros: Great Music, Great Drinks, Great Wine, Great Staff
- Cons: They're not open everyday
Awesome atmosphere

This is a beautiful bar. They have pretty good prices on the drinks and the live music is always great. On the downside, in the 10 or so times I've been there, I haven't had one decently made drink. No one seems to know how to mix drinks. I've tried several bartenders and several drinks. Stick with the great wine menu or a just a good old beer!
- Pros: Parking, Atmosphere
- Cons: Bartenders
