Best Happy Hour in Katy

I love their happy hour. Food is great compared to price. Good quality sushi and sashimi. Servers are really nice and friendly. Happy hour runs even on weekend and all night long on Sunday.

I will definitely go back!!!

Katy's best sushi restaurant!

Kenzo has a new and very delicious variety of Korean food. I went there last weekend and discovered this! Thanks to Kenzo's I now can eat a delicious gourmet Korean dinner for an incredible price without driving all the way to Houston like I used to! The staff was very nice and the restaurant is very pretty! We received our food very quick too. I will be coming here regularly for sure! Oh yea and they have happy hour everyday of the week! You can't beat that

Great atmosphere!

I have to say this is one of the BEST sushi restaurants I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and did very well when they were having a big rush. The food was absolutely delicious! I love how the fish tasted really fresh!

I would most definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Terrible service

Good food but terrible service. We couldn't seem to get our drinks refilled. I sat for 15 minutes with an empty glass. It totally ruined the mood. We won't go back. We usually go to Sakura on FM 529, where my glass is never empty and my plate is always full.

They need to hire some more wait or support staff. There are too many good places to have to sit with an empty glass.

bait and switch method of advertising!

Food was pretty good. Wine also was good. However the manager ruined the entire experience. Our waitress was not very attentive however the food was good and we were celebrating my wife's birthday and having a great dinner. We had received a coupon for her birthday via email from Kenzo. When we redeemed the coupon they informed us that it did not cover rolls only Entrées, which was not stated on the coupon. Now we probably would have been ok if they had said we are really sorry or maybe can we get you a birthday dessert on us...but no they were rude and condescending, almost as if we were inconveniencing them. They blamed it on the owner and then told us the owner was not "available to speak to us". There are way too many choices of fine places to eat to be baited and switched by Kenzo Sushi. I am in marketing and sales and I feel they falsely advertised with their coupon. I would never recommend this restaurant .

the BEST sushi in Katy

I'm not writing about a specific experience, just Kenzo Sushi in general.

I must say this restaurant is really really great. My husband and I went for lunch when they first opened. The owner was there and made sure everything tasted great and asked how our experience was. I have since brought my sister who LOVED Kenzo.

The sushi is so fresh tasting.

I have been to some of the best sushi restaurants in LA and Kenzo is very comparable.

We decided to try Nikko sushi one night and still regret it to this day. KENZO IS THE BEST, HANDS DOWN!!!

• Pros: fresh sushi, generous portions, great staff, yummy salad
• Cons: no changing table for babies

Great Food at Great Prices

My sister and I took the kids to Kenzo for lunch this past Sat. It was so good. They have the bento box lunches for around $8! What a deal! You get variety of food, salad, soup...Yummy! I'm craving it now. We ordered different things and shared. They were all good. My little niece ordered Shimp Tempura. They gave other fried veggies on the side too. She ate that thing up! ...and she's a picky eater. I would highly reccommend

Great fresh fish in Katy

My wife and I just moved to Katy after a few years in the North East (CT, NY and MD). We are incredibly happy to have found a great local sushi place. We thought we would have to drive to the city every week, but now instead we just go to Kenzo. It is always nice to go since the service is great and the food is outstanding.

Fully recommend it!

Never Fails

Oh my gosh, I love, love this place!

I go there whenever I am visiting Houston, which is like every month! Being from the NYC area, I've been to my share of fabulous Japanese restaurants in the city and Kenzo is shoulder-to-shoulder to all the renown, hip places! I love their decoration and soothing atmosphere. But what I love more is their food!

I absolutely adore Crab Tower...when I am visiting with my friends, we build many Towers and crumble them down with our appetite for Kenzo!

Sushi Combos are all a great value and all the ladis must try the Cougar Roll...it is spicy and sweet!

Whatever you choose, you will always get Kenzo's fresh, meticulously prepared, and awesome tasting entree...every time. Can't wait till I go back in April! Already looking forward to my time at Kenzo!

Awesome Stuff!!!

I went there for my friend's birthday and I couldn't have ever asked for an awesome service and food. The food was spectacular and of course, you have to have the best service for the night to roll...oh yeah, it was there.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and to my family.

The restaurant was so clean that I thought Mr. Clean came and cleaned up the place.

This restaurant is a must to check out. After all, I went there from Cypress.
