My PC went down on a Saturday and they came out Sunday afternoon and had me up and going in a short time. My wife and I depend on our PC being up and working and didn't want to have to take it to have it serviced and be without a PC for a few days as we use it for work etc.. Pioneer Techs came out to our house on a Sunday afternoon and fixed our PC in a short time. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend Pioneer Techs!!!

Pioneer Techs were great.... They came when called, did what was asked at a fair price. Did not try to sell me a lot of unecessary items and were completely professional. I will use them again and reccommend them to my friends.

Several years ago I called frantically looking for someone to repair two of our computers that were infected with a virus. I shopped around and found that you cannot get a clear answer as to the cost to repair home computers. Then I found Diorge with Pioneer Techs who was able to save both our laptops. Again this month I called to have our daughter's laptop repaired not knowing the problem. Diorge arrived at our house that same day and did a quick assessment. I was informed exactly what the cost would be to repair the problem and it was repaired within a day or two. There were no hourly costs and no hidden fees; what a relief. Diorge is so professional and I would recommend his company to anyone. Don't waste your time looking around for computer help; call Pioneer Techs.

This was my very first time EVER to call a computer service company that would come to your house. I read all of the reviews on there site and I have to admitt I was a little sceptible ,but decided to give them a call. I told the service man over the phone the problems that I was encountering and he worked me in that very day, He found MAJOR virus damage on my desktop and he (DeOrge) cleaned everything up, backed everything up and installed a "new" anti virus protection since mine had expired like 2 yrs ago. I can't say enough about the awesome experience I had with this company. I've never seen anyone work as professional, courteous, so knowledgable, and completely honest with you without trying to sell you something you didn't need. The prices were just as unbelieveable as the sevice I received. I will definitely be using them again, and HIGHLY recommend this service to ANYONE! I had no idea who to call for this type of service....I thought about the Geek squad at best buy, but I'm sooo glad I didn't. I didn't even have to go out of the house!

Pioneer Techs is fantastic, I can't recommend them enough. I know Diorge from previous business and he is the most ethical, honest person you will meet. He is extremely reasonable and if something takes longer than he expects he doesn't bill you to death. He is amazing on the computer - you should have him over just to watch him work! I never knew you could make a computer do all those things! I have referred him to several friends and all have been very satisfied.

Unique to Diorge Tavares is his knowledge and experience with computers such that he is able to give a time/price quote based on client needs before coming out and expedite the job effectively and efficiently without any hidden charges. He communicated well with us. We appreciated him being on time and on budget!

I appreciated his response time in getting to help with my problems. Once here, he was thoroughly into the problem solving to assess the way to get my computer back operating without loss of data. He was successful in getting us going again. We will utilize his services again in the future.

This would be my first time using a service that comes to your home ( and I will definitely be calling on them again ). They gave me an estimate over the phone, for the issues I had, which seemed reasonable to me. Set- up the time, which they did keep to ( even called ahead to notify they were on the way ). They were quick to resolve the issues I had with my new computer, and had the necessary equipment for the unexpected issues ( faulty floppy drive ) to finish the job. This has been a great experience, you must try them out and see for yourself!

I had a great experience with Pioneer Techs. I found them at the last minute. And their home delivery service was great at no charge. They were able to fix my laptop which is not even high end brand. They were very honest and quick. Great customer service. The bill was very reasonable to. If you have memory, hardware, or a slow computer Pioneer Techs is the place to go. They are a new up and coming computer company that you can trust and wont try to empty your wallet. Try them first before Geek Squad.
