Liquid cooled systems

First time going outside with an issue with my computer (30 years working with PC's). I chose Pioneer Techs because at first glance I thought they actually specialized in liquid cooled systems. They don't but he handled like a pro anyway. The issue ended up being nothing more than me miss reading a plug wire but the service I got was first class. I would use them again in blink of an eye (although it is a hassle to get to from house...worth the trip though).
I don't know if I should mention this but he actually saved me a trip back to the store and delivered my PC back to my house for a nominal fee.
Great job
- Pros: I can think of a whole lot of them.
- Cons: Far...for me

We have never had to have our computer serviced before so I was not sure what to expect, however, I am very pleased with Pioneer Techs! Diorge was at our house within hours of my call and due to the nature of the problem had to take the computer back to the shop. It was ready very quickly and they delivered it back to us within a few days. Diorge was very friendly and offered different options for us as far as the repairs and that made me feel very comfortable that we were able to make the decisions rather than be told what we 'had' to do. We will definitely use them again should another issue arise. :)

We have used Pioneer Techs (Diorge Tavares) several times and have never had to wait more than a couple hours for their technician to arrive. They even serviced us remotely at a much-reduced cost to us, and the problem was solved within an hour. I highly recommend them!

I was having a major problem with my computer. I called Pioneer Techs and Diorge(Technician), answered my call immediately. I was relieved to find out that I would not loose my data. The price was the lowest price I have ever seen. I have benefited more from Diorge's service than I would from calling the dealer and getting a new computer at Walmart. I love having Diorge working on my computer! Thanks Diorge.

I called Diorge after looking online for a computer repair shop. He gave me a quote over the phone after I told him the problem I was haveing. Two days later ( just over the weekend ) it was fixed and he evan went out of his way and ran an extra test on my computer no charge. Best service highly recomend....

A friend referred Diorge to us and we have been so happy with his service. He always comes when he says he will and has solved some very challenging problems we have had with our new Dell laptop. He also networked our office and home computers which are located close together, but not in the same building. One of my favorite things about Pioneer Techs is that they are able to remote into our computers to fix the not-so-complicated problems we have when our computer skills suddenly take a vacation!
Best computer service in town.

Pioneer Techs has been a blessing to us. I have a newly purchased laptop from Dell. Everytime I called for their service I had more problems than I started with. Diorge did a complete computer scan and corrected all of the problems that the Dell technicians put on my computer. His prices are unbeatable and is service is the greatest.

Pioneer Techs is the best! My wife and I have always dreaded the days that our computers quit working. Finding someone who we could trust with access to the personal and financial info stored on our computer and also repair the problem at a reasonable cost has been a major challenge.
Diorge was both very personable and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. After recommending we purchase a new hard drive, he realized he had made a mistake and immediately notified us that he would refund the additional charges. We have two more computers sitting in a closet that we now plan to have Diorge either repair or erase the hard drives and send off to reclamation.
Thanks for doing a great job!

I used Pioneertechs a few years ago and was amazed at the service, honesty, and affordability. When I had computer problems again, I searched for the same company. Again, I received the excellent, prompt, efficient service that I received before. Most importantly, Diorge is trustworthy. I hope I don't need computer service for awhile, but I'll always come back to Pioneertechs.

this person who works for pioneer techs was a very honest person because he did a diagnostics test for our computer and said that everything is alright and you don't have to do pay any money but one time we had the geek squad come over and said that if you want me to fix it your going to have to pay like 300 dollars so thats why is some things wrong with your computer call pioneer techs.
