Horrible customer service

Held an event at this hall in Humble and it was horrible. It's a family-owned business and there was so much conflict between what the husband and wife said and what the contract stated. We were informed that we would be able to set up the night before the event, but then they changed their mind on that day. We were told that ice would be available, and then told a few hours before the event that ice was no longer available because their contact was not available. We paid for full use of the kitchen, but were informed the day before the event that frying was not allowed, and on the day of the event, we discovered that the refrigerator was not working, the soda and tea machines were also not working. During the event, the couple who owned the business kept strolling through the hall and watching what our guests were doing and running to report every single thing to our event organizer. The customer service was extremely HORRIBLE and needless to say, we were still charged the full amount even though many of the amenities and items were not operable or available. We will never be doing business with this event hall again and highly recommend that others think twice before doing so!
