Inside this intimate, bistro-style space, executive chef Ryan Hildebrand (formerly of Bistro Moderne) creates upscale bar bites with inspiration from the surrounding acre of organic gardens. Highlights include mixed greens with figs and honey mustard vinaigrette, gumbo, Burgundy-glazed seabass, ribeye and whole roasted chicken saltimbocca. The kitchen closes at 10pm, but the bar crowd has a large wine list and specialty cocktails to enjoy including the house specialty pomegranate-basil martini.
