Waxing at it's best

I've been coming to Pia for over a year now for a full body wax and I continue to be impressed by the results. Pia is very professional. She has never tried to "oversell" me and in fact, has been consistent and insightful in terms of her advice regarding waxing cycles. I drive up from downtown Houston every 4 weeks or so and although there are lots of choices locally, my experience at the Waxing bar keeps me coming back. Her prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend to anyone, male or female who is contemplating waxing to give her a call. Like me, you will not be disappointed.

WOW..........Just Wow!

I drive from Ft. Worth just to see Pia. . she has a talent and others just don't measure up. I used to live in The Woodlands but was relocated a year ago, I tried several places here and there and Pia is the only person I will ever have touch my "special" area again. Pia's wax is unique and her staff is very accomodating to your every need. The salon is clean and it is decorated perfectly for Pia's personality. If you have not tried The Waxing Bar yet I highly recommend you do and if you already go then I say ask Pia or Damian what the specials are this month. .

Pia and Staff are AMAZING

I heard about Pia atleast 3 times over the last few months and she certainly lived up to her expectations and exceeded them for me. This was the absolute BEST Brazilian that I have had anywhere in the Houston area. They were right about the wax being way less painful than others. Pia had my wax done in less than 10 minutes with NO leftover hairs. She was funny, respectful and you can tell that she cares for her employees by the way she included them in everything. I already made my next appt. and I have told a few of my friends already. I love that the underarm wax was free too ......I met loyd and he's doing a hircut for me on Thurs......so stay tuned for my review on that. Thanks Waxing Bar

LOVE The Waxing Bar!!!

I am a returning Customer and absolutely, positively LOVE The Waxing Bar. They are very professional and quick to answer any questions or concerns. I always have an awesome experience with Pia. She is not only GREAT at what she does, she makes me feel very comfortable and is a lot of fun to talk to! Yesterday I had my first experience with a peel and I am very pleased with that as well! Thanks to Pia and her staff for a wonderful experience!

This place is amazing, I drive from San Antonio monthly to see Pia for my Brazilian, legs, and brows. The wax is definitely "special", I have had many bad waxes until Pia. Britney did brows and it's the best they have ever looked. I have told my friends and there are 3 of us that drive together now. I'm excited that it's a full service salon too. I made an appt. for Sat with Loyd to get a cut and color....a one stop shop is so much more convenient for us. I recommend The Waxing Bar to any and everyone.

Great Wax

The first time I had a brazilian was with Pia about 6 months ago and it truly was no big deal. I was very anxious about the pain and awkwardness of having one done for the first time, but Pia explained everything and talked during the waxing so it kept me focused on the conversation rather than the wax - which was perfect! It's quick and painless! My husband loved the results and I have been going back ever since.

Same Day...extremely Polar Perception of Events

The "MALE" receptionist was quite efficient,knowledgeable and welcoming! I checked in and though quite amusing...there was a lady present that was unable to control her irritation that she was not immediately given "Star Treatment"! Damian...receptionist...had to ask her on quite a few occasions to please either...step outside to finish her cell conversations as she seemed to be cursing at her husband! She entered and left the salon every few minutes each time demanding that she be seen immediatey! Damian explained that she was not on time for her appt. This only served to agitate her twofold! When Pia did come to the front and told her she would work her in as she was late she became even more beligerant! Pia also greeted myself and apologized! I felt that she was extremely tolerant of the womans behavior and obscene language. All quite amusing but felt a bit of sadness for the staff of the establishment! All were very professional and my wax was unbelieveable...painless(totally unexpected) and Pia made me feel very welcome and comfortable! I will say the place is a bit hidden but worth the hunt! I purchased 5 gift certificates for gifts for my family! Pia's place is warm, inviting and comfortable...tastefully decorated and I will be telling everyone about the great experience! I must add that when I did bring up her prior client that Pia said no more than...Some people are just a little different! No gossip and that impressed me greatly! Love the place and have been to all of them...Painless Pia and her staff are great! Kudos to a great establishment and much luck with her business! Thanks for allowing me to let Pia know that "THERE ARE JUST THOSE THAT ONE CAN NEVER PLEASE!" I too am a business owner and she settled the issue with grace and aplomb!

The Best Experience

When I had called to make an appt, I was nervous and had i few questions. Damian the receptionist answered all of my questons and made me feel very comfortable about getting waxed, and booked my appt, for the next day. Pia my waxer was awesome, she shook my hand and introduced herself and told me how to get ready for my wax. She was very friendly and we had great conversation while I was getting waxed. Befor I knew it, I was done! It was so fast and painless I couldn't believe it. I had not one single hair lefted. I was so excited that it went so great, because I have always wanted to get a Brazillian wax!! I couln't wait to book my next appt.! I reccomend The Waxing Bar to all of my friends.... Its a great place, with an awesome staff!!

The best wax

I've had my legs waxed by dozens of people, and Pia was by far the best... worth every penny! I'm going to try other services next time too!

The employees are very fun and easy to talk to, I would 100% definitely recommend The Waxing Bar and I've already handed out business cards to everyone I know! Great little place with great people.
