To their credit, they reached me on my cell while I was commuting to work, 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment. They apologized for the confusion over the appointment and rescheduled, at my convenience, after hours. They showed up on time for the rescheduled appointment and were efficient in providing me with a very competitive estimate. I have not yet engaged them for an actual service, but their efforts to make good on the missed appointment were very impressive. On balance, they struck me as deserving of another chance. I will likely award them with the work based upon their recovery from the missed appointment and their pricing.
Pros: Very customer service oriented
Cons: Might need to improve administrative practices at the office.

My spare room has been transformed to silver screen dream. I recently went to see a movie in real movie theater and it can not even come close to the clarity and quality of the picture I got in my home. Guys from Home Media hooked me up with 100 inch screen, high definition projector, digital sound processor speakers and sub. I get full HD experience and digital sound. But above all I love the Logitech remote. One button starts my systems up one more turns the lights down. Picture is crisp and bright, I would probably never go to a movie theater again. Why go if I can get a better experience in my own home. I definitely recommend these guys. Job well done and money well spent. I am looking forward to my popcorn machine being delivered next week.

Thanks ! I enjoy my home even more now. I can listen to different programs in home, bedroom, bath, and my patio. It is amazing what these guys do with technology. I am not technical but with one remote I control my TV, music in my entire home, lights all around and inside my home, and my pool. They delivered on a promise, my home is a smart home now. Very professional and smart team, started and completed my project on time. I will definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future. A+ Service and Value. Dave
Pros: They made a complex system simple to use and understand.
Cons: Scheduling, they are best at what they do I guess. Had to wait a few days to get on the list.

Home Media Pros installed two wall mounted Plasma TV's in my home one in bedroom one over fireplace. They were very helpful in selecting the locations and what most amazed me is that they brought in their own blankets to cover my hardwood floor. The techs were very friendly and professional. I got free wall mount out of the whole deal and paid $320 less then estimate from Best Buy. I highly recommend and will use them again. I found them thru service magic, but looks like they are on city search to.
Pros: Next day instalation appt. Worked with my schedule. Very professional.
