We bought an older house three years ago, and it needed extensive work. Being from this area and spotting their trucks around the area, we checked their references and they had excellent references, so we decided to use their services. We have been totally satisfied with their service. We just recently had the sewer pipes replaced and we were very pleased with the work that was done. Very professional, and the cost was reasonable. We would be more than willing to refer them to anyone, without hesitation!

Pros: Quick service, reasonable prices, great customer service

Service is available on short-notice if needed. Contractors are polite and efficient. Prices are reasonable when compared elsewhere. Nice to have one place that can handle any fix-it job!

Our experience with Applewood Plumbing and Heating was excellent. We had a sewer line backing up which we noticed at 10:00 at night. When it became apparant we needed help, we called Applewood. The tech asked a few questions, and told me he recommended waiting until morning to avoid emercency call charges. I mentioned that we were leaving for vacation that morning, he said he would try and get us an early morning appointment. Applewood called at 6:45 in the morning and that tech was on the way. He showed up before seven, courteous, professional and had the problem fixed and cleaned up and out the door before 7:30. I thought that they really listened to our needs and went the extra mile to fix our problem without excessive charges. Thank You.

They were upfront about their pricing, and the electrician showed up when he was scheduled to. He was honest and upfront about what he could do ( we weren't sure what the problem was with our phone), and he fixed it very quickly. We were very happy with the service.

We had very prompt service with good follow up when our sink needed repair. Applewood came out twice allowing us to purchase our own fixtures and have them installed. We had a friendly follow-up call asking if all our needs were met as soon as the plumber finished the job.

Pros: Great service

Cons: very expensive

Applewood Plumbing has been great. I've used their services twice now, and will continue to do so. The appointment making process was pleasant and easy, they were able to send someone out on the basis of my schedule both times, and they were prompt and courteous both times, the technician was a 1/2 hour early the second time (He called ahead to make sure it was OK). The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and neat, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that I understood what was going on with the plumbing and what they were doing to fix it. They have a 1 year warranty on the their work as well, which I have never had to use. I highly recommend Applewood Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services! M Hance

I have used Applewood for plumbing issues and furnace/air conditioning issues. When I called in for service the receptionist/dispatch individuals were courtesy and quickly found a time to fit my schedule. A call was made as the technician was on his way and a follow call was always made to make sure I had received satisfactory service - which of course I did. All three technicians who have responded to my calls were very prompt, friendly and respectful of my home. They explained the problem clearly, a course of action, and the cost for the repair. I felt very confident about the technician's expertise. Once finished each one clean up the area they had been working in. I brought a yearly membership with Applewood because of my trust in the service and the ability of the servicemen. I strongly recommend using Applewood for all you plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs. Larry

Applewood provided great service for us recently when our AC went down. They set a time to service the unit and stuck to it. They called beore arriving to make sure I was home. The service was fast and professional. Great follow-up as well.

Pros: Great customer service

Cons: A little on the expensive side.

I called Applewood on a Monday morning and they were able to get a service technician out that morning. Zach was very knowledgable. He presented options and didn't put any pressure on me to go with the most expensive. A couple weeks later I had another plumbing issue and I called Applewood and they were able to go back through the records and see I had service within 30 days. They were able to schedule Zach for the following day and the warranty item was replaced.

This is the first time in my life I have ever had to get a plumbing service but I felt that Applewood Plumbing was a great company to go through! The employees were very honest and helpful. When the employee came out the first day to see what the problem was he gave me 3 options that I could have done by Applewood and he DID NOT try to sell me the most expensive option. After deciding which option would be best for me the appointment was set up. Applewood's employ was there on time and went right to work. Before leaving he made sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. I know I will go through Applewood again for any plumbing problems I have in the future.
